Why You Should Join Us
Five-day work week as per duty roster
You will be entitled to 1 Friday, 1 Saturday, and 1 Sunday off per month, other off days will mostly be on off-peak weekdays.

Job Summary
1. Create memorable guest experience
· Lead by example and create an environment and team that consistently deliver memorable guest experience
· Generate new ideas to continually improve the guest experience in venues through management of games, merchandise, team’s engagement with guest & venue experience.
· Identify opportunities to delight both guests and Fun Squads by constantly reviewing pain points and strengthening touch points.
2. Operational excellence
· Consistently ensure strict adherence to all operational procedures to create a safe and comfortable environment for guests. Train and develop venue teams to always upkeep venues standard.
· Manage excellence presentationof our Prize shop, prize games display & all games presentation.
· Constant review of current operation process to achieve both efficiency & effectiveness.
3. Drive the business and deliver results
· Achieve financial targets by through effective management operation, people and service
· Analyse, interpret and apply data to identify key issues and put down action plan to maximize the business
4. People Development.
· Train, coach & discipline venue team for venues management ( games, merchandise and operation standards ).
5. Operation Control
· Weekly random audit check on petty cash, tickets, merchandise.
6. Operational excellence
· Weekly check for venue execution ( opening check list, Timezone tour )
· Periodic review operation process & suggest improvement (efficiency & quality )
· Review monthly venue audits and check action plan and follow up.
· Partnering with Games & Marketing department to create attractive venues for our guests.
· Partnering with Merchandising for thematic monthly merchandise highlights & display.
7. Drive the business and deliver results
* Weekly/Monthly tracking of venue sales, identify gaps and implement weekly action to address.
