What you will be doing...

• Formulate pricing, fare rules and conditions by analyzing different data, reports and market intelligence in order to be competitive in the market.
• Assist the responsible markets by giving advice, assist promotions and approving special discount fare requests.
• Collaborate across departments to implement promotional strategies to attain company revenue targets.
• Evaluate agencies and cooperate performance based on different sales programs.
• Filing all the fares that have been formulated and ensure fare accuracy.
• Make detailed analysis and make suggestions for the next step.
• Create reports and presentations for meetings.
• Co-ordinate with your responsible markets in Asia/Oceania as well as Head Office.
• Work closely with Joint Venture (JV) partners for JV pricing and approvals.
• Support team members and perform other administrative functions.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• 2 - 5 years’ experience in marketing & sales data analysis.
• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident Only.
• Pricing and revenue management experience in airlines, hotels, cruises, travel packages, or other similar industries will be an advantage.

• The incumbent will be part of this exciting function and is responsible for: the processing and controls of the processes within the Cash function.

Daily BAU

• Responsible for the processing of FX/MM and its derivative products, as well as the cash management of secondary nostro accounts and cash remittances

About the Role:

• Management and engagement of residents and public queries, feedback and complaints
• Manage press queries and print/social media
• Coordinate community events and provide event management support to property teams
• Organize events (involving 1,000 to 2,000 participants) and private events involving 100 to 200 participants
• Liaison with various stakeholders including Residents’ Committees, Grassroots Organizations, Government Agencies and Contractors to ensure corporate and client’s image are improved
• Attend all relevant site meetings
• Produce print/online media and collaterals for public engagement
• Perform Public Relations/Customer Service support to property teams and to assist CSO if required
• Assist the Public Relations Manager on special projects as required by Town Council

• Ensure that analytical equipment are maintained and calibrated accurately and timely in accordance to site procedures, CAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and/or participate in investigations arising from laboratory equipment/computer systems events and propose effective CAPA to minimize reoccurrence.
• Perform periodic validation review of systems /laboratory equipment in a timely manner to ensure that the validation status is maintained, and make recommendations for re-validation as required

• Maintain and support computer systems and laboratory equipment according to site change control and access control procedures.
• Perform accurate and thorough impact assessment on laboratory equipment, systems change control to ensure all impacted areas are adequately assessed and impacted documentation are updated in a timely manner.
• Revise, review and maintain laboratory procedures, instructions, methods to ensure compliance with regulatory, QMS, CAP and pharmacopoeia.
• Ensure a safe working environment in the laboratory and perform 6S inspection.
• Supervise, develop and motivate team members and other assigned staff to help realize their maximum potential so as to contribute towards achieving the objectives of the department.
• Conduct effective training for laboratory staff on computer systems/equipment and relevant procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, perform Level 1 audit and support L2 / L3 / L4 audits
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of Pharmacopoeia & CAP review

Requirement:

• Min. Science degree holder with experience in the field of Chemical, Pharma or Manufacturing industry
• Good knowledge of GMP and laboratory equipment/validation
• Good knowledge of quality, laboratory techniques and laboratory compliance
• Good knowledge of regulatory expectations /CAP/ICH requirements
• Good knowledge of analytical equipment capabilities and operational needs
