The Laboratory Executive will serve as a central contact for Safety and Operations matter within National Initiative on RNA Biology & Its Applications (NIRBA) labs. This role will be responsible for maintaining lab facilities, ensuring the safety and compliance of lab activities, managing critical equipment, and supporting the needs of research teams. Operations Support

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operation based on inventory needs, new product introduction, equipment efficiency and resource optimization while maintaining GMPs compliance.
• Streamline company’s production process in order to maintain an efficient and effective team.
• Perform Quality Measures of staff performance.
• Assist in Internal Quality Audits (IQA).
• Plan, organize, direct and control of daily production with production supervisor.

Job Requirement:
