• Minimum of five (5) years relevant working experience and shall have a valid certification from the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) / have a valid certification for Workplace Safety and Health Officer from the Ministry of Manpower.
• Computer literate and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess basic knowledge in contract administration, authority requirements and Workplace Safety & Health Acts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure team briefings are carried out before each service period

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• At least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service
• Great communication skills Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so is the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and with short deadlines
• Able to work in fast-paced F&B environment

Responsibilities：

• In charge of full spectrum of recruitment cycle including preparing and posting of job descriptions, interviewing, and handling on / off-boarding
• Process employee data in the HRIS system and monthly payroll to ensure its accuracy

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related disciplines

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform day to day operational matters pertaining to Account Receivables, Payables and General Ledger.

· Handle full set of accounts including GST returns, tax matters and audit matters.

· Prepare monthly financial reports, audit schedules and variance analysis.

· Perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries, prepare supporting financial schedules

· Manage fund, asset, and NAV reporting

· Ensure all internal and external finance-related requests are responded to promptly and accurately

· Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Possess at least Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

· At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in Construction

· Proficient in MS Office especially Excel
