Job Description:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement a fundraising strategy that aligns with our organisational goals and addresses funding gaps. Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma in Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising and donor management; familiarity with the social service / healthcare sectors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of fundraising and local philanthropic trends, with knowledge of foundations and grant-making organisations.

Design Manager reports to Design Lead and collaborates with Studio Manager. You will be responsible for implementing an appropriate framework and best practices and manage the design delivery process and essay a bridging role between the design and the delivery for Hospitality interior design projects.

Key responsibilities

• Understands and adheres to the Project Plan including project design and Financial goals.
• Drive the project design forward with the Design Lead from kick-off to completion.
• Support the Design Lead as required during Concept and Schematic phases and in preparation of presentations
