Job Requirement:

a)GCE ‘O’ Level passes or more, with a pass in English.

b) Preferably more than 2 years of experience in Administration.

c) Preferably with similar working experience in a school environment.

d) Preferably have a valid first-aid with CPR certification.

e) Experience in using MS Office Applications e.g. Excel, Word etc.

f) Communicate well.

g) Good interpersonal and customer service skills with patience and ability to remain calm during challenging situations.

h) Posses initative, good problem solving skills and ability to multitask during peak period.

i) Able to work independently as well as in a team with professional ethics.

Job Scope:

1. Migration of LEARN platform

2. Migration of PA intranet to SharePoint 2.0

3. Creation of training modules via LEARN platform on HR-related policies to address misconceptions and common queries from client staff.

4. Design of HR-related communication materials via client's internal comms platforms

5. Curating and updating of HR-related contents on client's Intranet.

6. Administrative support for centralised trainings for officers (e.g. data up-keeping, collating of responses and consolidating information from various resources for better overview and tracking, updating of officers’ training records etc.)

7. Any other duties assigned

Working Location: Jalan Besar

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm

Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary: $2000-$4000/Month

Job Scope:

• To move and set-up equipment, tables, chairs, stationery prior to the event date.

• To register the participants.

• To take the attendance of the participants.

• To usher the participants around the venue.

• To assist at stations.

• To observe the participants and report any injuries or incidents.

• To ensure all participants are accounted for and dismissed at the end of the session.

• To clear the venue at the end of event.

Requirements:

• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time as required for the job scope.

• Able to carry equipment such as chairs, tables, stationery, etc.

• Reliable and prompt in arriving for duty.

• Able to converse well with stakeholders.

Salary: $10/hour

Location: Stevens / Botanic Garden

Contract Period: From 24 Feb 2025 to 15 Apr 2025

Personnel may be deployed for 3 to 6 dates within this period. Details of exact dates and hours will be shared 2 weeks prior to the first engagement date.
