Government Solutions Business Unit is looking for Project Admin/Executive

This is a one-year contract role.

What will you do?

• Admin activities in the procurement workflow to raise purchase requisitions/orders etc
• Admin activities in the receivable/payable workflow e.g raising of invoices, ensure invoices are approved
• Assist project managers in consolidating all billing matters ie clients, subcontractors, vendors
• Project Office Administration
• Maintain project team contact list
• Document filing of electronic documents in accordance with project framework compliant to ISO standard
• Coordinate and liaise with project teams to ensure all project related documentations are in place
• Perform other administrative tasks to assist core team members
• Presales coordinator and support for tender cycle
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

What are we looking for?

• Minimum Diploma in IT, Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in similar job capacity
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Meticulous, detailed-oriented and responsive to follow-ups
• Good Team player
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently

The role

You play a critical role in our assortment strategy and planning team, by supporting the realisation of assortment strategies through optimising processes and increase of synergy & work efficiency of teams.

Main responsibilities

• Optimise the E2E assortment creation to launch processes
• Ensure efficient information flow between various business units 
• Create a close feedback loop to support continuous improvement on creating relevant assortments
• Identify blockers/inefficiencies within and between the assortment teams, launch and manage projects to improve them
• Improve product information management tools and processes

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience ideally in B2C businesses 
• Strong organisation and communication skills
• Highly flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organisation, with multiple stakeholders in different teams
• Self-driven individual with high willingness to work collaboratively
