1. Lead the ERP-Finance & MM team by managing the implementation of key Healthcare Technology projects that are utilising the Finance, Material Management and Sales & Distribution domains.
2. Emphasise, develop and maintain sound project management skills amongst Senior Managers / Managers to achieve Program / project objectives.
3. Empower Teams to acquire sound understanding of business requirements and have adequate capabilities to review and critique vendors’ design and solutioning efforts.
4. Endorse the formulation of application implementation strategies.
5. Ensure that Program projects adhere to established program / project governance principles and conform to approved technology standards.
6. Manage overall vendor relationships. Resolve high impact conflicts and negotiations.
7. Ensure that the team achieve targeted resource and budget utilisation.
8. Establish Program performance tracking so that the teams achieve Program / Department project delivery objectives.
9. Encourage solid user management, quality improvement and change management projects to ensure high user satisfaction.
10. Review and endorse staff recruitment
11. Oversee the establishment of frameworks / training programs to supervise, coach and mentor staff so that staff performance and team capabilities are enhanced and strengthened.
12. Manage and develop staff competencies to ensure a high performing team that can facilitate care transformation and innovation through information technology.
13. As Project Director, to lead all engagements and communications with key stakeholders such as the Group CFOs, Group CIOs, CEOs etc across all public entities (MOHH, SingHealth, NHG, NUHS, all agencies)
14. Manage the FI and/or MM and/or SD department's function/domain budget to ensure full cost recovery.
15. Manage the project capital and operating budgets to ensure compliance to project utilisation.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Experienced in leading projects/programs for SAP FI and/or MM and/or SD
2. Experienced in managing and developing staff competencies
3. Experienced in stakeholder engagement and external vendor management
4. Good business knowledge of financial and manufacturing/logistic, order to cash processes and in-depth understanding of integration
5. SAP Certified in S/4HANA
6. Experience in analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic solutions.
7. Abiltiy to harmonize business process and prepare RFP documentations such as functional requirements
8. Experience in leading SAP transformation projects for migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA; Experience in SAP RISE implementation projects, Experience in Finance and Supply Chain process harmonizations across multiple entities, Project Implementation experience shall also include SAP technologies such as BTP, CPI, Fiori and SAP S/4HANA customizations
