This position will be responsible for assigned portfolio in the Finance Department for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT).

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure timely month end closing, intercompany reconciliation, preparation of monthly management reporting and audit schedules.
• The monthly closing involves reviewing accounts prepared by the property accountants, including accounts classification, before entity accounts closing.
• Support monthly/quarterly management reporting and working with internal asset management team on analysing monthly/quarterly/year-to-date financial performance.
• Ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for group reporting and statutory audit and managing the audit process, including liaising with auditors.
• Handling of tax matters including preparation of tax computation and working closely with tax consultants on tax computation/filing submission and liaising with consultants and/or authorities on queries.
• Key driver from implementation of group policies, processes and systems.

Job Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or ACCA with Degree in Accountancy
• At least 5 to 6 years of relevant accounting/auditing experiences.
• Well-versed in GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in SAP and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) would be highly advantageous.
• Candidates with prior experience in REIT reporting will have added advantage.
• Candidates with only audit experiences will also be considered for the role.

The Senior / Building Management Coordinator will be involved with the coordinating and supervising of renovations, additions and alterations works, capital replacement works and etc. He or she will also be the liaison and co-ordinate with IT, E_SVC and end-users on all matters relating to building management to support the H2025 vision for the areas relating to campus facilities and to support the creation of a conducive campus environment to support SIM’s businesses.

Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Control FPSO TOPSIDE engineering work including Detail Engineering Subcontractors, EPC package supplier, and supplier documents.
• Prepare and keep detail Engineering Procurement Construction Integration (EPCI) schedule for topside in FPSO project.
• Overall responsibility for all project activities under assigned scope management of discipline in engineering, procurement and construction Integration.

• Set-up and maintenance of Letter Management System and Electronic Document Management System includes – establishing information exchange flow and document exchange flow among Joint Venture/Consortium, Vendor and Sub-contractor.
• Hold, manage and attend regular (weekly, monthly, progress) and key meetings within Project and with other engineering design disciplines to understand design issues and work out satisfactory solutions.
• Develop and coordinate the reporting system and reflect to the project.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s degree in department of Chemical Engineering.

PROJECT EXPERT, INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE)

Job Purpose:

Reporting to the Project Manager IE, the role is to ensure a production-oriented design of product and process to achieve shortest possible total throughput time (time-to-market) through development of associated processes, tools, tests etc. running in parallel to the development process ("simultaneous engineering"). The successful person will act as a central coordination point of all industrial engineering (IE) and production activities as part of a complex development or transfer project as a "one face to the customer" (e.g. Business Unit). The role will also be responsible for compliance with the agreed performance targets, the deadline and the budget for all project tasks in the area of

production engineering and the target location. He/she will be leading Improvement Projects for significant savings in manufacturing phase and expected to work on Local, SEA regional and if needed, global projects.

Major Accountabilities:

1. Project Management

• Leading project / sub-project teams in large international projects
• Participate and deliver results in projects at SEA regional level and if needed at Global Projects in following areas:

1. PEP (New product introduction project) including material follow-up
2. PTP (Product transfer project) including material follow-up
3. SIP (Significant improvement project)
4. DAT (Digitalization project)

• Development of clear project goals for the production area e.g. costs, cycle times, quality and support in the development of the overall project plan
• Organization and coordination of activities in production planning, test equipment, process development in the conception, development and introduction phase
• Perform interface and network management with staff responsible in BU / R+D, the P+F supply chain and third parties
• Identify conflicting goals that endanger the success of the project early and initiate suitable countermeasures (e.g. escalation, making necessary decisions etc.)
• Completes project targets and initiates optimization and control measures
• Preparation of annual transfer proposal that includes product determination, certification + import/export check and return-of-investment calculation

2. Production/ Supply Chain

• Participation in the definition of the production process for the respective product
• Obtains knowledge of the standards required for the respective project and requests them as part of the project - in particular specifications regarding the industrialization plan, industrialization ("simultaneous engineering") and process approval
• Develops and implements improvements to existing documentation and project information standards
• Implementation of cost-efficient product supply during the start-up phase
• Planning and coordinating prototypes and pilot series - reserved material, reserved manufacturing capacity
• Planning and coordinating the start of production at the respective production location
• Support the production sites in building new skills in the context of product launches and transfers
• Returns products ready for series production to the target production site

3. Standards & Support

• Participation in the production strategy - Technologies and products at the production sites in a group of companies
• Design and optimization of guidelines and concepts for simultaneous engineering and design-to-production

Role Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification from a reputable university in Engineering / Engineering Management or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in automation, electronic industry or related field of industrial engineering with strong experience in project management
• Business fluent or native-language English (written and spoken) and comprehension of one of Asian languages will be a distinct advantage
• Advanced knowledge of project management required with ability to understand the problem-solving process (PDCA); able to identify the root cause, handle the issue and solve problems within scope of work
