• Classroom/Academic Studies-Related Duties
• School General Office Counter duties, include attending to the needs of staff and students walking into office and attending to phone calls.
• Assist in typing/printing test/examination papers, work sheets, notes, etc.
• Assist teachers in preparing teaching materials.
• Assist HOD Science in preparing the equipment and resources for Science programmes.
• Assist SH Partnership in distribution of goodie bags, etc.

Role Requirements:

You will oversee the general maintenance and minor repairs of equipment, facilities in the mall. You will have closed collaboration with colleagues from different departments including customer services to provide a smooth operation for the tenants in the mall.

• Maintain good physical conditions of the mall and ensure that its lighting, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical power is of good working condition.
• Conduct general maintenance works such as painting, plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical switches and other fixtures and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance programme.
• Check and inspection building’s machinery and equipment and to report security and asset irregularities.
• Provide quick respond to tenants’ requests to ensure they receive a quality service.
• Follow relevant safety operation procedures.
• Follow emergency response plans and assist in evacuation in the event of emergencies.
• Support in site inspections, supervise and liaise with contractors on maintenance and renovation works in the mall.

Requirement

• Minimum NITEC certificate in Electrical, Mechanical or Air-conditioning
• Preferably 2 yrs’ experience in maintenance and operations of M&E equipment and systems especially Central Air-conditioning in shopping centre environment
• Exhibit good troubleshooting skill for minor repair and technical fault.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team and communicate with tenants and management.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

General support in AHD

a. Assist to organise meetings, collate meeting materials, and prepare logistic items (arrange for refreshments, booking of venue for meetings or events, ensure stationery require are in place) required for various meetings, events, workshops or seminars for the members attending the meeting.

b. Assist AHD officers with trip preparations (e.g. finding of appropriate gifts for presentations to foreign delegations for overseas working trips or events, booking/search for hotel accommodations, air tickets, etc)

c. Printing and organizing of documents; including binding the documents when required

d. Data verifications: assist to verify information of the given data in the excel spreadsheet or other sources

e. Collation of data from various agency for updating purposes in Excel or other MS office programme files

f. Assist to source for quotes from suppliers for various purchase when require

g. Assist with preparing the list require for greeting cards that will send to various stakeholders
