• Prepare statutory forms/returns to ACRA and e-stamping of transfer forms with IRAS;

Job Description:

- Cultivate positive guest relations at all times such as welcoming customers in a friendly manner.

- Oversee opening, operating, and closing procedures with meticulous attention to detail. Ensure the dining area adheres to health regulations, maintaining cleanliness, functionality, and an appealing appearance.

- Proactively manage and organize shift coverage in case of staff leave or medical leave, either by finding suitable replacements or covering shifts personally.

• Co-leading with Project Manager(s) on multiple water projects, mainly major drainage infrastructure projects, large transmission pipelines and coastal adaptation studies.
• Proactively lead the permitting/consultation process various statutory authorities and utility agencies.
• Liaise with clients and act as the contact point together with the Project Manager.
• Co-chair the Client meetings with PM and prepare meeting minutes.
• Carry out hydraulic calculations (stormwater modeling and pressure pipes).

To be a successful candidate you shall possess:

• Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, from a university recognized by BCA or Singapore PEB
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure works. Experience in coastal engineering works will be an added advantage
• The ability to read engineering drawings; and carry out hydraulic calculations (stormwater modelling and pressure pipes) will be an added advantage

Responsibilities :

Planning/Delivery

• Gather, analyse and formalise user’s business requirements and processes
