⇒ Role Summary

Our client currently has several major business/IT projects in progress for which a coordination, alignment and follow-up is needed at architecture level to make sure the projects are supported at the right level by the Solution Architects. Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement effective marketing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy for the assigned properties and self-storage space.
• Source, develop and establish new clientele for self-storage user through various channel including but not limited to tapping on business contact from the parent group, networking with various industry user, communities surrounding the property etc.
