Responsibilities

Customer Resolution

• Acts as an internal expert to resolve longer running, sensitive, or escalated issues or acts as a primary contact for escalated issues on behalf of less experienced IC levels. Identifies and builds relationships with various internal and external teams and senior leaders to resolve customer issues. Leads strategic projects. Informally provides coaching, mentorship, or support to less experienced Support Escalation Managers to resolve customer issues.
• Leads inter-regions, cross-regions, cross-group, or account team unit (ATU) initiatives by creating plans and managing relationships with other business units to improve the customer support experience for a group of customers or a specific region/area. Acts as a subject matter expert on best practices to support the customer experience.
• Reviews status updates to customers and provides informal guidance to others on communicating with internal stakeholders through various channels of communication for highly sensitive or difficult issues.
• Leads strategic projects designed to improve resolution times, customer satisfaction, and support experience.
• Proactively coordinates resources and establishes relationships to drive opportunities within the team and across stakeholder groups in postmortem discussions to remediate future issues.

Collaboration

• Leverages relationships across teams to remove roadblocks. Establishes and oversees the development of written protocols to ensure customer issues are resolved. Identifies reoccurring roadblocks across the team and escalates as needed.
• Owns escalated issues and manages account-aligned customer incidents to identify and remove barriers. Ensures existing processes are not a blocker to customer issue resolution and influences the direction of process improvement efforts with a global perspective. Acts as an expert and provides informal guidance to Support Escalation team members on how to handle moderate to highly complex cases.

Communication

• Manages customer and field expectations around issue response and represents the company independently. Ensures customer and MSFT internal stakeholders stay informed on the response and resolution status of customer issues.
• Communicates and influences internally to drive faster issue resolution.
• Identifies and builds strategic relationships with internal teams, partners, and
  communications with senior leadership to resolve issues that are complex in
  scope.

Process Improvement

• Surfaces feedback from the team and drives collaboration across functions to identify systematic issues and leads process breakdowns to ensure resolution/progress. Creates strategy for process improvements and leads project or workgroup to improve internal processes.
• Reviews postmortem executive summaries and identifies patterns across customer issues. Creates strategies to resolve reoccurring or highly sensitive issues in partnership with leadership.

Vendor Relationships

• Owns and leads relationships with outsource vendor to resolve issues and foster positive cultural and behavioral changes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the technical evaluation, and support for technical management of solar power project development and operation, such as preliminary feasibility study, engineering design, installation and commissioning, monitoring of operation and maintenance of solar power projects
• Lead in the preparation of solar power feasibility study reports and technical aspects of project proposals
• Responsible for preparing the technical specifications for solar power project bidding and leading technical bids evaluation and submission
• Responsible for reviewing various drawing specifications and technical standards such as preliminary design of solar power projects, construction design & drawing, quality manual, and operation and maintenance procedures of solar power plants
• Responsible for guiding the construction, installation, commissioning and acceptance of solar power projects; and lead in technical communication with solar power project construction owners, suppliers and power grid companies
• Responsible for evaluating technical aspects of potential acquisitions / investments into solar power / new energy platforms / companies such as feasibility / competitiveness of solutions / target companies’ existing operating assets & pipeline projects
• Responsible for the data management of solar power plants, including leading the planning and construction / optimization and improvement of the data platform of solar power plants and related Management Dashboards
• Supporting the technical management of solar power plant operation, including preparation of system equipment performance and safety inspection standards; and organizing the preparation of operating procedures (system diagrams) and maintenance procedures

Requirements

• 8 years or more relevant working experience in solar power project development or technical management/operation and maintenance of solar power plants, or solar power related experience in large and medium-sized energy design / research institutes.
• Have more than 100MW centralized solar power or distributed solar power project management experience.
• Degree in engineering, automation control, mechatronics or equivalent.
• Familiar with design standards of solar power plants, approval process, and ability to acquire technical knowledge and understanding of new technologies.
• Ability to lead solar power project engineering design and project management.
• Experience in project bidding, design, equipment materials, construction guidance, on-site installation and commissioning.
• Familiar with on-site work of solar power plants, including the technical characteristics and requirements of equipment required for solar power plants; able to independently complete the on-site survey and data collection of solar power project development, testing, evaluation and diagnosis of solar power plant equipment, etc.
• Proficiency in the use of solar power systems and equipment performance testing equipment, with the ability to design solar power generation systems, high and low voltage power distribution systems, and guide the installation and commissioning of solar power generation systems.

As our HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Manager in the HR functions within the organisation. We are looking for a passionate individual to foster a strong Culture that aligns with our Core Values, and also to improve our employee experience at all employee life cycles.

This role will manage the full spectrum of HR, not limited to; HR Support, HR Admin, Benefits Administration, employee relations, recruitment, compliance and other relevant functions.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration and operations (90%)

• HR Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for all HR Admin functions, including supporting the HR manager in recruitment, performance appraisal, compensation & benefits, talent management, learning & development, and employee engagement and address employee inquiries for smooth HR operations

• General HR Admin:

Prepare employment letters, confirmation letters, Employment Agreements for review, and new joiners' documentation (arranging logistics for email/IT setup, onboarding email, etc.)

Facilitate all paper claims; dental, medical, membership, training, and update the HR claims tracker in the HR Shared Drive to centralise the data

Manage application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign work passes and respond to MOM surveys

• Benefits Administration:

Handle employee benefits administration, including enrolment, issue resolution, and managing inquiries with our broker and Singlife to arrange logistics arrangements, prepare useful documents, onboarding slides and presentations

• Employee Relations:

Manage and resolve day-to-day employee queries and concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture

• Recruitment Support and Compliance:

Coordinate recruitment activities; refreshing routine job postings, pre-screening applicants, arranging interviews

Facilitating screenings and due diligence for potential new joiner; ensuring Compliance checks such as post-screening, salary slips verification, and reference checks

• Employee Documentation:

Maintain, upkeep, and ensure timely and accurate update of HR database (P-file and HRMS – PayDay) and ensuring all employee personal files records are complete, filed and treated with the strictest confidentiality

Administrative Support (10%):

• Provide administrative support to the receptionist, and offer backup and support to the receptionist when assisting other departments and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a HR executive/generalist or relevant position
• Knowledge of Singapore labour law, regulations, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
