Role:

The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery of technology solutions utilizing C#/ASP .NET technology or other similar system architecture. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration.

This role requires a strong background in civil, steel structural, M&E, and architecture to ensure all project components align with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will lead project planning, monitor on-site activities, and maintain seamless communication with all subcontractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate subcontractors across civil, steel structural, and M&E disciplines, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to final inspection, ensuring all work complies with design and regulatory standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans, guiding subcontractors on structural, M&E, and architectural requirements to meet project goals.
