The Executive, Planning & Project will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects and day-to-day operation of the team. This individual will work closely with project team & corporate functions team within NEON to provide project and corporate administrative, co-ordination & general support under guidance and mentorship of the direct supervisor in order to achieve completion at the highest level of professional conduct and practice. In addition, this individual maintains current culture building practices and is encouraged to initiate new ones that helps formulate a strong idea sharing and mentoring environment.

Executive, Planning & Project’s duties and responsibilities

Project Co-ordination & Support (70%)

• Supports the overall administrative needs required for the full spectrum of Neon projects
• Co-ordinates general tasks, finance, and resource acquisition/allocation
• Contribute to the integration of the different stakeholders of NEON projects, from the internal team to external collaborators and vendors
• Supports the research and engagement of relevant creative collaborators and partners who will support the creative development of NEON projects
• Help manage the rollouts & documentation of non-disclosure agreements, service agreements and digital assets

Corporate functions support & culture Building (30%)

• Facilitate the process related to corporate functions and day-to-day operation of the team
• Supports the creation and maintenance of a collaborative and sharing culture through activities, systems or platforms
• Undertakes self-initiated/mandated activities geared towards team cohesiveness

Qualifications

• Diploma in business, accounting, engineering, or other relevant fields
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in project management, accounting and/ or administrative work preferred

Purpose: -

Provide administrative support to music professionals relating to Teachers' Management.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Planning of teachers’ recruitment, orientation, deployment, and training.
2. Act as facilitator / communicator between teachers and schools &/or HQ on all teachers matters & protocols.
3. Monitor and manage teaching hours, work schedules and teachers’ feedback on admin / related office matters.
4. Liaison between YMS & PEI/MOE on registration of courses, teachers, and schools (where applicable).

Position Summary / Project DescriptionThis is role business partner will be based on-site at National Skin Centre (NSC) as part of the NSC CIOO team. To collaborate with institution IT directors to identify IT strategic needs and projects for NSC portfolio and consolidate into the work plan. Project Manager

The Project Manager develops and designs system/data product solutions, tests the performance and usability of systems/data product and prepares user training documentation. • Assist the Building Manager in the daily operations managing and maintaining daily site operations to ensure all works adhere to legal regulations
• Manage and liaise with contractors for repairs of facility and equipment
• Conduct regular daily checks and inspections on grounds to ensure effective management of the facility, common areas
