What does the management trainee do?

As the Management Trainee - Digital Marketing, you will be rotating and learn the various aspects of Marketing such as social media management, graphic design, video production, PR, branding, events, marketing automation, customer engagement, and strategic marketing. This role will immerse you in the region, with the opportunity to rotate to Marketing roles in different countries.

You will gain exposure and experience in:

Multimedia content creation

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand multimedia requirements for campaigns and initiatives from other teams.
• Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for engaging multimedia content (e.g. videos, graphics, animations).
• Utilize video editing software, graphic design tools, and other relevant applications to create polished multimedia content.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine multimedia content to drive viewer engagement.

Internal and external communications

• Craft compelling content for various digital channels (e.g. social media, website, email campaigns) and analyze the effectiveness in reaching different audience types.
• Develop engaging copy and multimedia content to communicate Sika’s brand and industry leadership.
• Contribute to content ideation and creation for internal and external audiences.
• Ensures content adheres to the global brand guidelines, tone and writing style.

Other responsibilities

• Assist the Regional Marketing Managers in completing their daily tasks.
• Support the Regional and local Marketing teams in special projects when required.

• The APAC Global Banking & Markets Anti-Money Laundering Operations (APAC GB & GM AML Ops) organization is a central control function which governs, facilitates, and oversees the APAC end-to-end AML program across all GB and GM businesses and jurisdictions through implementation of processes and controls to effectively manage AML and economic sanctions risks. The Job

• Support creation & maintain key risk metrics and collaborate with other streams within the team (e.g. Audit & Exam management, Risk & Process) to better manage the risk
• Perform, coordinate and drive data preparation and reviews with stakeholders / requestors at all levels. This includes control reports, regulatory / audit reports, and any other ad hoc requests that may come to the team
• Conduct data based investigations in accordance with global standards, local policies and procedures whenever required in audit/regulatory exams

The Talent

Operational Planning

• Understand the drawings and job specifications; Draft method statements on the assigned tasks and seek approval from supervisor
• Plan and order for equipment and material required on the tasks; Seek client approvals (as and when required) on time to minimise delays and prepare bar bending schedules and order on time

Onsite Works Execution
