Role Summary

• Deep dive and map out the as-is CRM landscape along with its various frontend/downstream integrated systems for each market utilizing CRM in SAPMENA zone today.
• Leveraging the already-implemented SPACE system in North Asia zone, design and build a similar CRM system for SAPMENA markets with the spirit of standardization, simplification, and scalability.
• Rollout SPACE across all markets and brands currently on CPRV in the zone today, so as to decommission the older CRM system, through the usual software development lifecycle approach.

Main Responsibilities

• Document as-is functionalities and integration landscape of current CRM system in SAPMENA
• Work with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements of SPACE, defining the functional specification and business requirement of the to-be model.

1. Internal Stakeholders consist of overall SPACE Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Integration Managers, Business Analysts, Business stakeholders etc. both at local and Zone/Regional level.
2. External stakeholders consist of technical vendors who build or maintain the products within SPACE or to be integrated with SPACE.

• Work with solutions architect to translate functional specification and business requirements into user stories in the product backlog, ensuring there are clearly defined acceptance criteria signed off by business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
• At least 4 -7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, having held roles such as BA or PM.
• Has experience with projects involving system implementation, multiple systems' integration, and complex data migration.
• Experience gathering business requirements, mapping out as-is model and defining target operating models.

Role Summary

The candidate will coordinate the day-to-day activities, installation & commissioning of a highly complex CCTV Video Management System project. The Project coordinator will work closely with junior & senior Systems Engineering teams to be the customers primary point of contact and their trusted advisor for the length of the project.

Main Responsibilities

• Become the primary point of contact for the customer for the deployment of the CCTV project for the day to day activities.
• Understand and ensure that both customer needs and technical requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of each project.

Job Scope:

• Chauffeur the Authority’s staff and business partners to and/ or from venues such as office, meeting venues, airport terminals and homes and support delivery of meeting and event materials if required.
• Ensure that the Vehicles are safely and securely locked when they are not in use.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip safety and maintenance checks to ensure that the Vehicles are always in good operating condition. This includes performing routine checks including but not limited to checking the condition of oil, brake function, water, lights, tyres, etc, and alerting the Authority of any requirements for maintenance or repairs.
• All cleaning equipment and products needed to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Vehicles shall be procured by the Vendor.
• Check mobile phone messages on Vehicle booking alerts, the Authority’s vehicles booking system and emails for details of the assignments. Respond to the phone messages and calls from the Authority’s staff relating to the assignments. Communicate promptly to the staff who booked the Vehicles, the intended passenger(s), and/ or the Authority’s point of contact regarding the assignments whenever necessary.
• Ensure that the value of the cash cards for the Vehicles are always sufficient for the daily trips and top-up the cash cards whenever the balances run low.

Requirements:

• Possess valid Class 3 driving licence to drive in Singapore with clean driving records and no records on suspension and revocation of driving licence.
• Preferably with at least 3 to 5 years of experience as personal drivers with statutory board, foreign embassy or MNC or as limousine and private-hire car drivers and have experience in operating MPVs.
