Responsibilities:

• Handle end to end project sales from enquiry to implementation.
• Prepare all relevant documentations, orders, schedules, presentations and mock-ups.
• Attend project sales meetings online and onsite.
• Coordinate between internal and external Clients, ensuring production and project completion is on schedule, investing and resolving issues if any.
• Build and expand Client database and present our Brand and products to B2B Clients in creative ways.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, website, and print.
• Maintain and up-keep of contents in Company website.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize work.
• Resourceful & able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Candidate with the following requirements will be advantageous (not a necessity):

• Experience in project sales management and B2B marketing.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in IT / Computer or relevant
• At least 3 to 5 years experience leading a small team to run Projects - IT Operation.
• Hands-on experience in management and administration of all tasks assigned related to IT infrastructures including Servers and Network.

You will be responsible for planning and developing healthcare infrastructure facilities and managing various projects from proposal to completion. You will develop master plans and budget proposals, be involved in conceptual planning and conduct feasibility studies. You will also be required to handle design development, tender preparation and evaluation, and construction management.

Job Requirements

• Masters in Architecture with at least 5 years’ of relevant experience or Bachelor Degree in Architecture / Architectural Technology or Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying or Estate with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in healthcare infrastructure facilities planning and development
• Extensive experience in designing hospitality facilities that involve extensive workflow and stringent environmental requirements is advantageous
• Knowledge in Building Regulations, Environment Health Safety and Workplace Safety Health requirements pertaining to infrastructure facilities development
• Team player with excellent project management, supervisory, interpersonal and communication skills
• An independent self-starter who is proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting

· Business Operations Support:

o Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, and document organization.

o Serve as a liaison between the office, warehouse, repair service center, and retail shops to ensure effective communication and efficient operations.

· Inventory Management:

o Maintain and update inventory records for mobile accessories and repair service parts.

o Coordinate stock replenishment and conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels.

· Customer Relations:

o Respond to inquiries from B2B mobile shops regarding our repair services and pricing.

o Handle customer inquiries on online platforms (e.g., Facebook, Carousell) concerning mobile repair services.

o Provide information, guidance, and support to clients in a professional and friendly manner.

· Marketing and Digital Presence:

o Update and maintain the company website, ensuring product listings, repair price lists, and relevant information are accurate and current.

o Manage and update posts on various social media platforms to engage with customers and promote our products and services.

o Maintain and regularly update product and repair price lists.

o Manage and update customer and membership databases to support targeted marketing campaigns.

Job Description

To perform cooking duties in a non-aircon F&B working environment.

Detailed Responsibilities

- Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operation

- Cutting, steaming, frying, etc.

- Washing and handling raw materials such as vegetable, seafood, pork, poultry, beef, etc.

- Periodically cleaning & maintenance of fridge, freezer, cooking area, exhaust hood, drainage, etc.

- Periodically review menu with the management and design new promotion dishes

- Other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements

- Min 2 years' experience as Chef in a restaurant

- Able to get along with team members

- Needs to work on split shift daily: 10am – 2pm & 6pm – 10pm

- Needs to work on weekends & public holidays

- OT may be required with short notice to cover other colleagues’ MC or leaves

- Able to work in a Non-Aircon environment
