RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manages, supervises and coordinates the daily operation of the Hotel and ensure that all procedures are performed in accordance with established standards and procedures at all times to reach optimal guest satisfaction.
• Trains and supervises the Front Desk employees in all reception and cashiering procedures and assign tasks as necessary.
• Continuously monitor, study and evaluate operations, policy and procedures of Front Desk; and propose necessary improvements to Hotel Manager.
• Ensure that the investigation of irregularities and undesirable guests and checks on room occupancy discrepancies are properly conducted.
• Responsible for overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel.
• To be well informed of hotel facilities and be able to answer all inquiries.
• To handle complaints or incidents/accidents occurring in the hotel when necessary.
• To ensure smooth flow of check in and check out during peak hours
• Ensure an effective room inventory control to avoid overbooked situation and to maximize room revenue.
• Maintains safety by adhering to safety policies and be responsible to report accidents immediately.
• Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented and enforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees
• Ensure the safety of the persons and the hotel property by fairly applying Hotel Licensing Regulations with strict adherence to existing laws.
• Maintain assigned personal Attraction Tickets online account and booking platform.
• Strictly enforce Hotel security and anti-vice procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in the hospitality industry
• Well-groomed and possesses a cheerful disposition
• Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook computer programs
• Able to work on rotational shifts, weekends and PHs

SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for developing strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring country performance, identifying trends and potential issues for the business. You will lead and/or participate in transformation projects where you will be working closely with various stakeholders in Head Office (HO), Regional Office (RO) and Agencies in change management. In this role, you will be reporting to the Head of Process Excellence Team to ensure processes are aligned across Agency Network in Asia Pacific (APAC).

To perform well in this role, you should possess strong analytical mind, a proactive mindset, good knowledge in project and change management and process improvement skills. We are looking for someone who possess great communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

SCOPE OF RESPONSABILITIES:

Your main responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Contributing, defining, leading, and implementing business projects related to shipping business process areas.
• Identify country-specific initiatives to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment for APAC Countries; Implement these initiatives jointly with relevant key stakeholders as required.
• Propose new ideas, lead continuous improvement projects, and coordinate Key Initiatives across departments.
• Review Group’s Objectives and Policies to identify and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, service quality and ensure alignment.
• Provide support to HO and/or RO Global Experience Network (GEN) for project deployment and change management.
• Collaborate with HO GEN Department, other functional Departments and Agency Network to implement processes complementing end to end process efficiency.
• Collaborate with Senior leadership teams proactively to identify and deliver improvement that is in line with Group’s vision, values, and strategic plan.

As a part of the team, you will be asked to contribute actively to:

• Create values for CMA-CGM Group through the deployment of Corporate Strategic Projects, Tools and Process Projects
• Reduce costs, optimize our organizations and Agencies
• Support HO, RO, and Agency Network by:
• Evaluating APAC agency’s request of changing Group Applications
• Supporting APAC agencies on business process, procedures and reduce deviations.
• Supporting HO / RO for deployment of Group Applications.
• Strengthening Business Excellence & Quality Process network

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Maritime studies, Logistics or Supply chain related would be advantageous.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in project management and/or business process improvement
• Prior experience working in shipping industry would be a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office suite i.e., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
