Meta is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Messaging Partner Manager in our global Monetization Partnerships organization. The mission of Monetization Partnerships is to be the engine for business growth and innovation through partnerships. The ecosystem of partnerships spans many countries and ranges from startup ad tech to measurement, creative, messaging, signals and commerce companies in developing markets and works as an integral aspect of Meta's multi-billion-dollar global advertising business.

This role will work with some of the most influential and exciting Business Messaging partners in APAC to drive business growth and innovation for clients and partners both in APAC and globally. This role requires an experienced business development and partnerships professional who is a self-starter and passionate about partners, products and people. Established success building relationships with decision markets (C-Suite) and experience driving growth through GTM (Go-to-market) hands-on would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Be the strategic advisor to the partner’s business growth to accelerate long term revenue and future-proof the strategic direction of the partner.
• Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of the ecosystem in Vietnam.
• Act as CEO of the partnership - Unlock revenue and value through a deep understanding of partner’s business models, positioning and risks.
• Work with partners, across different stages of the partnership life cycle (emerging or established) to focus on their go-to-market plans with their clients, across WhatsApp, Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger platforms.
• Map the Messaging ecosystem to identify upcoming technological trends.
• Provide thought leadership on the direction of Messaging and specifically Conversational Commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence partner product development efforts both shorter term feature requests and long-term strategic roadmap.
• Become a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Meta to C-suite executives.
• Represent the team in events and evangelize the program to the industry and developer partners.
• Drive product adoption and growth as well as provide on-going education about new and existing Meta marketing products, especially those that leverage APIs and other advanced technolog.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in partnerships, product or sales roles.
• Demonstrable understanding of how technology works, including a deep interest for Meta products and the digital marketing landscape.
• Proven experience in working successfully with cross-functional peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Demonstrable project management and quantitative analytical skills, including the ability to build Go-To-Market plans.
• Proven ability to lead and execute multiple time-sensitive projects in parallel.
• Ability to operate with high degree of autonomy.
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English are required as this role will collaborate with external stakeholders whose usual business language is Vietnamese and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Extensive experience in using data to come up with executive summaries and business cases that drive decision-making and investments.
• Recent and relevant experience in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, particularly with the Vietnam market.
• Experience and/or understanding of the digital advertising industry or CPaaS industry.
• Experience driving growth through technology and product integrations is a major plus. We are looking for a business-savvy professional that has an ability to understand how to utilize Meta’s products in order to drive growth with Partners.
• Can demonstrate an interest in Advertising, Business Messaging and Social commerce impact for Large clients and SMBs.

Job Purpose

The person in this position is responsible for oversee the planning, execution, and completion of a diaphragm wall project. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project from start to finish, ensuring that the work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsibilities:
