Responsibilities

Drive End-to-End Project Delivery  

• In charge of end-to-end project development lifecycle(s):
• Gather user requirements from the client

About the Role

Project Coordinators are based in each of our scientific divisions and support with a wide range of administrative, project coordination and scientific tasks. These divisions are broadly described as Evidence Development, Medical Communications and Market Access. What is the Difference Between the Project Coordinator and the Analyst/Medical Writer Roles?

Analysts, Medical Writers and Project Coordinators share a similar level of responsibilities; however the roles do differ significantly in terms of daily duties.

Analysts and Medical Writers conduct detailed analyses of scientific data to create a variety of materials that are presented to, and used by, our clients.

Whilst working on the same projects across a variety of disease areas, Project Coordinators use their scientific knowledge to provide project management support and administrative help to project teams, allowing the timely delivery of high quality work. Role : Business Analyst (Corporate Banking)

Job Scope

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document
• Analyse and document the “to-be” business and operation processes based on the agreed requirements and / or function points, perform impact assessment and estimation
• Monitor and manage risks /issues related to requirements and scope-creep
• Team Collaboration
• Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements.
• Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.Facilitate / provide “Train-the-Trainer” on application enhancements
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge base related to application features and processes (subject matter expertise)
• Testing & Scope Management
• Clarify test findings escalated by Test Manager and classify the findings accordingly (either as a defect or change request)
• Perform impact assessment and estimation for Project Change Request

• Good knowledge in financial services policies, procedures, products and industry practices.
• Strong negotiation skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of relevant applications and development life cycles

Mandatories are:

• Very strong with Functional User Stories writing.
• Good understanding of JIRA
• Working knowledge of Payment flows and Corporate banking
