• Project Planning and Coordination - manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate project deliverables according to timelines and specifications; collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify project parameters and resolve issues.
• Site Management and Quality Control - monitor construction progress according to quality standards and building regulations; conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
• Cost Management - assist in cost estimation, budget preparation, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle; identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
• Documentation and Reporting - maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and contracts; prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders regularly.
• Risk Management - identify potential risks and develop corrective action; ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations to minimize risks on-site.

• Minimum 5 years experience in building and construction, or related field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong project management skills to manage resources, track project status and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively manage project timelines and budgets, as well as coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
• Expertise in project engineering to ensure that designs comply with engineering standards and applicable regulations.
• Experience in project planning to develop project scopes, objectives, and schedules that align with business goals.
• Mechanical and electrical engineering skills to design and develop electrical systems for swimming pool facilities.
• Experience in swimming pool construction or related field is a bonus.
• Experience in Autocad, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
