Probation:

Normal working Hours:

2025 Asset Management Summer Analyst Program – Singapore

The Summer Analyst program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on your individual performance and achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm. Our nine-week program kicks off with training and orientation to our businesses and you’ll gain the technical and practical knowledge so you can make an impact from the start. Job Summary

As a Summer Analyst in Asset Management, you will work in partnership with our senior business leaders and industry experts to develop strategies that support our clients' needs. You may be placed in one of the below teams for your nine-week Summer Internship:

• Alternatives: The J.P. Morgan Asset Management (“JPMAM”) alternatives platform provides a spectrum of innovative investments that, when used correctly, can play a key role in generating new sources of return and portfolio diversification. Spanning real estate, real assets, private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and liquid alternatives, our solutions provide dynamic opportunities to meet our investors return objectives.

• Equities: We manage a broad range of equity investment strategies globally with dedicated portfolio managers, research analysts and traders who have expertise in helping clients of all sizes.

• Exchange Traded Funds (“ETFs”): Deliver JPMAM’s US and UCITS ETFs to clients in the Asia Pacific region and help to build out local ETF platforms in select markets.

• Distribution Channels: Assist with client sales and retention while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm.

• Market Insights: We provide clients and client advisors with the knowledge and investment education to make better informed investment decisions. Job Responsibilities

• Assisting with client sales and retention or investment specialist teams while gaining broad exposure to asset classes and investment professionals throughout the firm

• Working with strategists and investment specialist teams to provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and conduct market research

• Learning about asset allocation strategies and identifying investment capabilities across traditional and alternative strategies to meet our clients' investment objectives.

Job Description:

· Assists to formulate, implement and review plans for the development of GROs and the

community.

· Attends monthly meetings of the GROs assigned and takes follow -up actions.

· Acts as a catalyst to encourage and assist the GROs to plan and implement community projects.

· Provides administrati ve and logistical support and guidance to the GROs to facilitate effective

Operations

· Coordinates with Facility Manager/Facility Executive from Logistic Works Division to work with

Managing Agent (MA) to upkeep the facility of the CC.

· Oversees the maintenance, security and housekeeping (cleaning, pest control and horti culture

services) of CC.

· Coordinates among the CC Management Committ ee, Co -users of CC, MA and PA HQ for all works

and services carry out in the CC building.

· Ensures MA’s service standards are met.

· Conduct inspections daily to ensure that the CC is clean and feedback on the defects of CCs at

Quality Management
