Job Description

• Review RFQ / orders received.
• Coordinate production workflow for multiple products/services.
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
• Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production/service demand.
• Assign workers to multiple production/service operations.
• Schedule overtime according to production/service needs.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget.
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption.
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports.
• Issue routing forms & certifications.
• Keep paperwork organized.
• Collaborate with production, quality control, warehouse and other staff.
• Able to develop basic training materials & conduct training.

Qualifications

• Min. diploma in related field.

Skills / Knowledge / Experience

• Min. 2 years experienced as production planner.
• Has knowledge of production planning and quality control principles.
• Good understanding of Bill of materials (BOM)
• Preferably experience in Quality Management System (QMS) related to ISO9001 and/or API is advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate), Word and ERP systems.
• Hands-on & willing to learn new skills.
• Good at math and statistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication abilities.
• Experience in Semi-con, Electronics Contract Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas Industry are welcome.

Project Handling

-Meet and liaise with clients on project assigned as and when needed onsite

- Liaise with client on all project related such as material/ drawing/ design.

-Compile all accurate and finalised information as per client's expectation.

-Deliver the information to drafter for material ordering and fabrication works

-Work closely with drafter to ensure all fabrication meets the client's schedules.

-Follow up the work progress of installation onsite

-Attend to client comments about job progress onsite

-Submit all documents related to project;examples drawing/safety document to client

-Oversee and ensure the project to go on smoothly until handle over.

-Computer skill: simple excel and words.

We will need someone who posses a postive and cheerful personality, who loves interacting with people, detailed person and most important someone who has spirit team work and willing to learn attitude .

Experience are not necessary as we will provide training during probation period.

Responsibilities:

• Follow procedure for traffic control, worksite hazard, safe lane closure and opening
• Proper deployment and protection at different road conditions
• Participate in rigging procedure when required
• Follow superior's instruction and adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Ensure company’s lorry is in good working condition at all times.
• Report any vehicle malfunction, wear and tear etc.
• Perform pre-operational inspections, safety checks, test lifts and load chart calculations
• Any other responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Singapore Class 4/5 Driving license is a must
• Good understanding of road safety and traffic controlling works.
• Good eyesight and driving record.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays, night shift works, when required

Key Responsibilities

Competitive Product Testing:

- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies for competitor products

- Analyze competitor features, performance, and user experience

- Prepare detailed reports on findings and present insights to stakeholders

POC Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of POC projects from ideation to completion

- Define clear objectives, timelines, and success criteria for each POC

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of POCs

Team Leadership:

- Lead and mentor a team of technical analysts and testers

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning

- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations

Strategic Planning:

- Develop roadmaps for competitive analysis and POC initiatives

- Align testing and POC strategies with overall business objectives

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate findings

- Provide regular updates to executive management on project progress and insights

- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

Performance Optimization:

- Identify areas for improvement in testing methodologies and POC processes

- Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

- Ensure high-quality standards are maintained across all projects

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in competitive analysis or POC management

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven track record of leading successful POC projects

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Work with Engineers lead for resource allocation
• Resource tracking and project status update
• Will be expected to handle multiple projects at any time
• Liaise with both project teams and customers, to check customers' availability for project teams to support any system update, migration, maintenance, repairing and etc
