• Bachelor's degree;
• Prior experience with clinical trials and client relationships desirable;
• Familiarity with LIMS or other trial management software;
• Understanding of Good Laboratory Practice guidelines in a regulated environment (documentation, audit, GxP, etc.);
• Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or laboratory professional within a central laboratory is preferred; and
• Excellent computer (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows), organizational, and communication skills.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

• Drive the Application Functional Roadmap and provide function solution
• Act as a requirements product owner, maintain product back log.
• Experience to write / consolidate / reveiw the document like: User Story, Business Requirement Definition, Functional Specification, test scenarios and cases.
• Maintain, review Functional Documents via requirements traceability matrix to ensure end to end delivery completeness.
• Review technical specification document and source code from vendor
