We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join us in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivery for multiple public sector accounts in Singapore leading other Engagement managers and Delivery Executives. This role will report to our Head of Delivery for SEA & HK
Responsibilities:
- Institute and perform delivery governance across the portfolio with engagement manager, delivery executive and account executives across multiple business lines.
- Lead and ensure full compliance for both internal and external QA metrics (e.g. Cyber Security, Data Protection, Business Continuity, ISO, IM8 etc.)
- Risk management, issues resolution, delivery status tracking and reporting.
- Financial management, cost optimization and revenue recovery.
- Drive client satisfaction for the engagements within portfolio
- Build and grow add on sales for the portfolio that is delivery-led
- Business stakeholder management, CXO level relationships building
- Commercial and contract management for the portfolio with basic understanding of contract law
- Opportunity / Deal / Contract reviews and approvals for the portfolio
- Team management, talent development and succession planning
- Conflict and escalation management at all levels of delivery
- Drive productivity and continuous improvements for both internal processes and external delivery leveraging on automation and industrialization tools.
- Participate and contribute on strategic initiatives for SEA/APAC regional and global business lines across the group such as group quality reviews, industry certifications, capability development and business expansion.
Requirements:
- More than 5 years of program, project and service management experience in delivering solutions and services for global management and/or technology consulting firms across various industries and different technology domains.
- Proven experience of effectively managing large-scale projects from pre-sales through to delivery for digital transformation, customer experience, web development, mobile apps, cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence, process automation and and/or enterprise applications.
- Having end-to-end experience on delivery governance from opportunity assessment, solution reviews, deal reviews, program setup, solution delivery and contract closure.
- Thorough understanding and experience on the end to end financial management process from estimation till invoicing.
- Strong problem-solving, escalation and conflict management skills, should be assertive and able to influence stakeholders at all levels, both on client side and internally
- Established market reputation for superior customer service
- Adept at building effective client relationships and working with several stakeholders to deliver targets
- Strong functional/technical background, business acumen and commercial management skills
- Experience of delivering programs in public sector is mandatory
- Experience of identifying business opportunities, building client relationships and seeking new business
- Certified in PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile etc. in program, project and service management.
