Branding

• Develop meaningful brand collaterals
• Provide artistic direction for the development of photography and videography content
• Ensure consistent content across all marketing and branding collaterals
• Systematic archive of marketing materials and photos
• Ensure branding is consistent throughout the organization
• To assist with any marketing related requirements for events (i.e. exhibitions, networking sessions (local & overseas), press release)

Administrative Tasks

• Support the Managing Director’s daily activities and assist with the arrangement of work-related lifestyle activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Management / Marketing, or any relevant field of study
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience

Project Background:

As part of Trade Digitisation initiatives, we are targeting to develop System Integration between Workflow – Core banking.

Job Description:

• Take project scope and release commitments, work with the team to define Project Timeline, key milestones and deliverables, and manage release preparation
• Acts as central point of contact for System Integration project.
• Manages the day-to-day tasks/activities for all resources assigned to project
• Alerts project owners on actions that can impact project schedules, costs, or quality of deliverables
• Provides necessary information to project owners to make project relevant decisions
• Delivery of complex solutions managing a diverse team of highly-skilled technical engineers, business analyst and subject matter experts.
• Immediately recognizes critical issues, both within QA and Development, and drives corrective action
• Able to effectively organise others (both QA and Dev) to execute plans and collate results
• Able to pre-empt problems and ensure contingency plans are always available
• Solid technical appreciation, understanding of technical design or technical information
• Use all available Tools to track and report on quality and delivery

Project Manager Qualification:

• We are looking for Project Manager with minimum 5+ Years of experience in handling complex projects in global financial institutions knowledge is highly preferred.
• SME level knowledge of Project Management Best Practices
• PMP/ PRINCE 2 Certified would be an added advantage
• Knowledge in Trade Project Implementation would be an added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years experience in F&B industry
• To manage all operational duties in multiple outlets
• Toplan for promotions
• To plan staff weekly schedules and assist the manager
• Required to perform shift duties and to work on weekends/public holidays
• Required to work overtime hours
• Basic + Allowance + Overtime Pay ≈ $3200/m
• 7 days annual leave

Inventory & Shipment

· Prepare company's stock on hand for the fortnightly discussions.

· Provide projection of stocks holding period based on latest sales information.

· Highlight any shipment plans needed and ensuring no out of stock situation.

· Oversee the paper work required for importation and exportation.

· Keep track of the local stocks and overseas shipment arrival dates.

· Ensure the accuracy of goods arrivals (SKUs, quantities and shelf life etc) based on the agreed terms with supplier.

· Update the operation team on the shipment arrivals and stocks’ ready date for sale.

Marketing

· Prepare weekly update of channel marketing and price promotions reports for team meeting.

· Coordinate with different channels and suppliers for tactical marketing and price promotions.

Business Development

· Promptly supporting in listing new products and promotions as per agreement between KCT and channels.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong initiative and the confidence to work independently in complex and ambiguous work environments.

· Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Proficient at meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.

· Experience in SAP will be beneficial.

• To coordinate with clinics to ensure experience for patients are enhanced
• To make bookings and help with registrations of patients
• Assist with the issuance of tax invoices for patients or clinics
• Filing and faxing to coordinate various activities within the department
• Assisting with other ad-hoc admin duties
