• Check, prepare, list and arrange records into boxes for collection by the digitisation vendor for digitisation

• Indexing and capturing metadata of files for digitisation

• Arranging and creating references for items in files

• Preparing records to facilitate digitisation

• Checking of digitised images and listings based on procedures established, and document QC check findings

The main objective of the department is to assist the General Manager and Deputy General Manager in the management of Singapore Branch office and subsidiaries of its business-related activities, as well as support our senior executives in both Smart Life Creation (S.L.C.) Job Requirements
