• Work with Purchasing & Material Owner for New Materials & Suppliers Evaluation.
• Maintain Supplier Quality Scorecard to objectively measure the quality performance of Suppliers/Subcontractors and drive for quality gap closures.
• Use Data Analytics to identify opportunities of quality improvements on incoming materials.
• Collaborate with Suppliers/Subcontractors for Quality Control Development and Improvement Programs.
• Drive Suppliers for Ship to Control (STN) or Ship to Notification (STN) requirements.

More About You:

• Degree in Engineering
• Preferably 1-3 years relevant wafer fab experience.
• Candidates with no experience will be considered for junior role, training will be provided
• Candidates with relevant experiences in semiconductor/ automotive industry or Qualified 1st or 2nd party Auditor in VDA6.3, IATF16949 or ISO9001 quality standards will have competitive advantage in this application
• Understanding of 5 Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Data Analytics skills using Tableau & Minitab or equivalent are crucial for this role

What your day would be like

• Responsible for support of the Regional Banking Manager in execution of the Banking Management process according to the global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
• Update Banking Management Database in terms of (IATA bank accounts details, bank contact details, signatories and documentation/ agreements);
• Responsible for collecting and preparing of supporting documents for all banking processes in the region and liaison with IATA HQ on documents tracking (new bank accounts, signatories update etc.);
• Provide banking management support to other departments (Quality, Settlement Operations, Corporate Finance, Agency Participation, Settlement Risk Management, Customer Service and etc.) as well as Local Country Office in Asia Pacific;
• Support Banking Manager in solving of operational issues related to banking management;
• Support Banking Manager in the follow up of banking reviews and bank information updates;
• Support Banking Manager to engage with major multi-national banks and fintech providers to troubleshoot operational issues and deliver project outcomes.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• Collaborate Manage legal aspects of wills, trust setup, estate and trust administration, perform comprehensive reviews of financial statements for trust structures, review documents pertaining to the establishment and continuation of private and complex trusts and ensure compliance with all relevant law and governance regulators.
• Collaborate with trust team, panel lawyer, tax agent, accountant, financial planner and company secretary to provide a full range of estate planning and private trust services including will writing, private trust setup, estate & trust administration
• Liaise with the beneficiary’s family members and related parties during the course of estate administration, address their concern, manage their expectation and act in compliance with the relevant laws and standard operating procedures of the company.
• Manage portfolios of cases to advise, structure, draft and administer clients’ wills and trusts
• Deal with all administrative aspects of clients’ portfolio, dealing with clients and their advisors and family where relevant
