Responsibilities

• Partner development and growth: You will develop and execute a strategic and tactical partner business plan aligned with Microsoft goals and objectives for managed partners to grow their business. You will promote cloud consumption and digital transformation; plans will consider short and long-term goals and performance expectations aligned with partner needs and capabilities.
• Partner Sales and Acceleration: You will develop a go to market plan and co-sell execution tactics, lead partner pipeline reviews and coach partners to transform their strategies around sales and consumption. You will facilitate collaboration between partner and Microsoft sales teams to overcome obstacles, compete, and create proposals to meet consumption and revenue targets. You will work with your partner on top opportunities following the Microsoft sales methodology and prioritize transactions through marketplace, where possible.
• Partner performance and Impact: You will be responsible for your partners’ performance with Microsoft and accountable for keeping a regular rhythm of connection with executive, sales and delivery teams to identify and resolve blockers in execution, and to accelerate performance. You will drive adoption, usage and performance of programs and investments that contribute to sales and consumption. You will be responsible for the correction of errors plan when execution is below expectations.
• Executive Relationship Building: You will build a trusted-advisor relationship with C-suite leaders of complex partners and align their priorities, strategies, and goals with Microsoft’s to build mutually beneficial account plans and achieve strategic alignment and growth.
• Partner skills and capacity building: You will lead the integration of capability and capacity plans for your partners utilizing the right mix of sales and tech training to upskill the partner. • Advocate for Partner and Team Mobilizer: You will represent the partner and lead the orchestration resolution to complex and urgent escalations. Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs)
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or related field AND 5+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry OR equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, OR advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, developer, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Consultative Selling and developing tactics to manage pipeline, sales opportunities and meet sales goals by reviewing forecasts, assessing, and mitigating risks, and ensuring strategy alignment with business priorities.
• Proven history as a strong negotiator with an ability to influence and achieve mutually satisfying agreements through negotiations.
• Executive relationships: ability to interact confidently with senior leaders to present and address concerns regarding an existing project, program or solution.

Job Description

The candidate is to assist the asset management team across Asia Pacific as follows:

• Support strategies to maximize performance and enhance assets by working with internal stakeholders (leasing, property management team and country managers) to formulate action plans with respect to optimising operating expenses and capital expenditure management
• Carry out projects under development, AEI, asset valuation, asset review and hold-sell analysis for the assets under management.
• Assist to analyse and implement effective lease management in areas like deal structuring, renewal & customer retention strategies, customer & asset risk assessment eg. Know Your Clients and arrears monitoring.
• Prepare & consolidate budgets and periodic forecasts relating to net property income and capital expenditure of the portfolio, variance analysis with review of actual performance against budget and asset plan.
• Reporting - consolidate and analyse data at individual property and portfolio level for periodic quarterly reporting with investors. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and presentation slides outlining asset performance for internal management and investors.
• Co-ordinate initiatives for the team across countries in the areas like Compliance, Environmental, Social & Governance, Health Safety and Environment, audit etc.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business/ Finance / Estate Management or its equivalent, with flair for numbers.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in asset management in real estate/ data centre sector, with proven track record in managing projects under development or asset enhancement initiatives.
• Exposure in international Real Estate or Data Centre industry would be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, resourceful team player with good people management skills and able to lead initiatives independently.

We are recruiting for a real estate company who is looking to continue to provide active asset management for their properties. Their portfolio is a mix of hospitality, retail and office.

This is a senior role where you will be part of the Management team, and you will play an instrumental role in maximising the value and performance of their portfolio. In this leadership capacity, you will be responsible for formulating and executing comprehensive asset management and leasing strategies, ensuring optimal occupancy rates, enhancing asset values, and driving operational efficiency.

Some of the main responsibilities will include the following:

1. Provide strategic direction, decision-making, and drive implementation of asset strategies.
2. Monitor market trends, analyse asset performance, and identify opportunities to enhance asset value through repositioning, redevelopment, and strategic leasing.
3. Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for each asset, ensuring financial objectives are met or exceeded.
4. Oversee overall leasing strategy and process, including the entire process such as tenant screening, lease negotiations, rental collection, and lease administration.
5. Review tenants’ performance and develop accompanying strategies to address non-performing tenants.
6. Lead the development plan and deliver successful projects aligned with investment underwriting and asset management strategies. This will include collaborating with leasing, and marketing agents to develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads.
7. Manage tenant relationships including addressing tenant inquiries, gathering tenant feedback for expansion opportunities, ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including brokers, consultants, and industry professionals.
9. Monitor and assess property market conditions, trends, and competitors to identify risks and opportunities for the company.
10. Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates on asset performance, market analysis, and leasing activities for investors.

Requirements:

• You must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in real estate, marketing, business administration, or a related field with at least 15 years of experience in asset management and leasing within the real estate or private equity industry, preferably with a focus on commercial properties.
• You have strong knowledge of the real estate market, including market dynamics, regulations, and industry trends and proven track record in developing and executing successful asset management and leasing strategies, delivering financial results, and maximising property value.
• You are a dynamic individual and have also demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring a team of professionals.
• Having a flair for marketing/branding vis a vis leasing and understanding the relationships between end-consumer experience and driving concepts/themes will be held in high regards.
