Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator shall assists Project Manager in oversees the planning, implementation, execute, monitor and track projects from beginning till end with specified deliverables.

The role of the Project Coordinator will be able to learn and equip with a full suite of comprehensive exposure and knowledge on Project management that covers proposal, product sourcing, timeline management, cost and resource control and quality management.

Primary Duties and Responsibilitie

We are hiring a (Senior) Process cum Project Engineer.

Job Purpose:

• Provide in-depth process related support to the engineering department to ensure that cost effective, sustainable and proven technology solutions for the design and construction of tank terminal storage are achieved.
• To provide project management support in expansion and upgrading works for Advario Singapore Terminal

Your Tasks:

• Design and analyse the terminal’s process related infrastructure to improve, upgrade or implement processes
• Prepare calculations, specifications and diagrams for new builds or expansion projects to ensure that a certain quality and legal standard is met.
• Develop conceptual studies for process related infrastructure, prepare engineering documents such as PFDs and Scope of Works descriptions as well as vendor specifications for tenders, evaluate tender submission and provide cost estimation.
• Review and verify contractor’s proposed design according to customers’ requirements, international industrial standards and requirement including compliance with statutory codes and corporate guidelines
• Engage in detailed engineering design for optimization of system with contractors
• Provide engineering support for new and upgrading projects.
• Ensure proper integration of designs during execution, testing and commissioning phases.
• Participate in risk assessment and hazard analysis
• Participate in both internal and external meetings to facilitate the project/proposal of concern.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering from a reputable university, ideally in Oil & Gas background
• 3 - 5 year’s related experience in chemical engineering for junior position and 8-10 year’s for senior position
• Good understanding of terminal business and its drivers covering the technical, operational and HSSE point of view
• Proficiency with Microsoft office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project)
• Other computer skills (SAP, AutoCAD) are a plus
• Prior project management experience is a plus
• Highly motivated and independent individual who can work under pressure, integrate, and participate well in a team environment, problem solving abilities, attention to details, analytical, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines, positive attitude
• Strong ability to work with internal stakeholders (operations, process safety) and external stakeholders (customers, contractors and consultants, vendors and suppliers, authorities)
• English both written and verbal. Preferably fluent in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malay (written and verbal)
• Class 3 manual driving license

Job Purpose

The Project Coordinator (Site) shall assist and support the Senior Manager in coordinating and monitoring and arranging the site projects on-going, communicating between the office, workers, subcontractors and clients on site. Provide timely updates and suggestions to Senior Manager for timely implementations to ensure work efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

· Arrange and task ground staff with instruction from Office to support site executions on projects.

· Control and Maintains project schedules by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems in specific to manpower and materials / tools needed.

· Support in sourcing project material, tools, and equipment to support the start and during the course of the projects.

· Account and maintain the inventory of material, tools, and equipment of the projects before/during/after.
