Overview

The Transaction Monitoring project manager within SRCO will need to have strong and solid project and stakeholder management skills to ensure that both Change-The-Bank (CTB) and Run-The-Bank (RTB) TM projects are executed smoothly, in a controlled and audit-proof manner and adhering to the agreed scope and timelines.

The chosen candidate will have to engage with a wide range of stakeholders (3 Lines of Defence and Technology) and proactively anticipate and manage risks and issues which may cause delays and unexpected outcomes along the project life cycle.

Job Description:

• Develop cost control plans and ensure proper implementation in the course of work.
• Manage cash flow and project margin
• Manage invoices
• Manage change orders
• Manage timesheet and claims
• Reviews contract terms especially the pricing and payment section
• Compile the information to consolidate cost data, analysis and reporting
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• A degree / diploma in a relevant field (not mandatory, capability more important)
• Familiar with Earned Value Management
• Skills to produce various Project reports
• Skills in organizing and planning
• Meticulous, analytical, resourceful, with an eye for details
• Ability to multi-task
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities

- In-house design for company’s collateral

- Content creation for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube


- Maintain company’s objective by generating inbound leads via Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Paid and Organic)
 - Photography cum videography required at job sites for completed projects, followed by photo/video editing/production for content


- To handle online marketing eg Facebook, Instagram, and company website


- Responsible to assist in marketing planning and execution

Requirements:

- Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva

- Knowledge in social media marketing skills
