Your impact:

In this role, you are at the core of our business and will play a pivotal part in influencing our pricing and sales strategy i.e. revenue strategy (based on industry best practices) to achieve your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). You will be responsible for our biggest revenue driver and, through consultative selling, acquire high-value residents, as well as retain and grow our existing community of top health and wellness professionals.

You will drive strategic analysis and insights, making critical recommendations in key decisions for our business. You will also be responsible for team management and have the ability to give clear direction to your team and drive their performance so that they can achieve their KPIs and CAs (Critical Actions).

What You’ll Be Doing:

Revenue Growth

• Develop sales strategies that align with the company’s growth goals, by analysing market trends, customer insights, and competition

Reporting to the GM of Asia Innovation Centre, this role will lead the new digitally enabled business developments in alignment with the bank’s digital strategy. This includes designing new business schemes in collaboration with customers, tech players and SMBC Group companies and leading the implementation of these schemes. This role will define and manage the end-to-end program and specifically work with SMBC Group companies in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Philippines to achieve stated business outcomes.

Strategy

• Design specific business schemes in line with strategic priorities and focus areas for Asia Innovation Centre, esp. in collaboration with SMBC Group companies in India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Philippines.
