RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes
· Responsible for creating all communications and training content for areas within Enterprise Change Management (ECM) team. This covers areas including governance standards, assurance, and tooling, as well as other ad-hoc communications required as directed by the Head of ECM.
· Types of material will include, but not be limited to, training decks, videos, infographics, senior management presentations and emails to different stakeholder groups from senior management to project team members. For each request be able to tailor the content and style of output to meet the needs of the audience.
· Be able to easily grasp communication/training requests from ECM team members, mock up content and present back for feedback. Work with stakeholders to agree timelines for distribution, creating and owning communication project timelines where required.
· Be adept at managing own workloads and delivering high quality training & communications output within aggressive timelines. Be able to re-prioritise workloads to accommodate urgent requests when required.
· Ensure all content meets Bank branding standards and is displayed in a professional and easy to digest format.
· Investigate Bank tools and software to ensure each communication is delivered in a medium appropriate to its end users.
· Support, and where required deliver, training to end users, ensuring that material has been pre-vetted by focus groups to ensure it is accurate and easy to digest.
· Generate forward looking communications calendar for key known events, to ensure that end users receive the right balance of communications.
· Build suite of templates and upskill wider members of the team to utilise them to assist with communications.
· Manage the administration of distribution lists, and Pulse sites where applicable, to ensure messages reach the correct people.
· Leverage best practice to create & maintain a document repository which unlocks the full potential of Confluence, ensuring that end users are quickly able to locate training/documents in minimal clicks.

Our Ideal Candidate
· 5+ years of experience in Change Management / Communications / Training within the financial services industry .
· Be adept at managing own workloads and delivering high quality training & communications output within aggressive timelines. Be able to re-prioritise workloads to accommodate urgent requests when required.
· Be able to easily grasp communication/training requests from ECM team members, mock up content and present back for feedback. Work with stakeholders to agree timelines for distribution, creating and owning communication project timelines where required.
· Confident at managing all aspects of Change Management including, but not limited to, communications and Q&A, training, business readiness activities, stakeholder management, query/defect analysis and resolution.
· Working knowledge of Confluence and clarity is preferred
· Good proficiency in business communication language.
