· To support the Project Manager in the day to day operation at site and not limited to the below :-

· To establish and maintain the Manpower Resource tracking at site

· Preparation and follow up on the project team in preparation of the Monthly progress meeting slides, MOM, etc.

· Project Claim submission – This will involve in tracking of the work done in the previous month, and gathering of the evidence to support the work done in the previous month. Look ahead on the future months as forecast and to advise Project team to complete the work as per forecast.

· Project variation order tracking and preparation of supporting documentation as required in contract. To review with client and vendor for the required documentation for claims.

· Preparation of Purchase Requisition, tracking of order to ensure timely delivery to site, receiving the goods delivery at site.

· Review the pantry requirement and raise PR request for additional items.

YOUR IMPACT             

Under the supervision of the Regional Finance Director PCD TR APAC, you will be a key business partner in understanding and analyzing the complex yet fascinating and growing Travel Retail business of the APAC region. As part of the Finance Team, you will have a significant role into defining the PCD TR APAC financial equation through the different forecast exercises and closings, participating in making sure the financial operations run smoothly at the right level of data quality. Also, you will be a key contributor in various optimization and revamping projects of our financial processes. The position is based in Singapore and your main stakeholders will be the accounting teams and operational Teams of the different areas.

YOUR MISSION             

• Running controlling & financial operations: To be Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the department and therefore of the whole region. This includes making sure our expenses are booked at the right level of expectation, on a timely manner following the right phasing and proper affectation within our financials.

• Analysis & reporting: Partnering with the different stakeholders to analyze the gaps and inconsistencies that may arise from those bookings vs our expectation and report back to the business / management with necessary recommendations or alerts. On the regulatory side, to ensure the actuals are aligned with accounting standards, respecting regional, central and internal control guidelines. To conduct in-depth financial analysis when required, providing insights to the Management. To build-up and sustain a reporting environment that allows the stakeholders to access their key financials data and a seamless manner.

• Continuous improvement: To be proactive into identifying, proposing to Management and coordinating improvement of our financial processes at local or regional level. To be a key coordinator / contributor toward central initiatives that are aiming at improving our financial processes and information workflows.

Job Description:

1. Leading business development in the Asia-Pacific Region:

• LNG value chain: To oversee projects related to FSUs, FSRUs, LNG power vessels/barges, small-scale LNG carriers, and LNG fuel supply vessels.

• Other energy areas: To focus on renewable energy and GHG reduction initiatives, including hydrogen, ammonia, bio-fuels, and offshore wind power.

*(note) the successful candidate will not be involved in conventional LNG shipping businesses.

2. Leading commercial management of existing contracts:

· To oversee and manage the commercial aspects of current business contracts.

3. Leading customer relationship management:

· To develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the market.

Job Requirements:

A. Have LNG shipping industry experience for over 5 years, at least, with involvement in projects related to one or more aforesaid assets.

B. Have experience in participation in and organizing shipping procurement tenders, preferably with involvement in projects related to one or more aforesaid assets.

C. Have experience in and dealt with counterparties key project contracts, such as time charter parties, shipbuilding contracts, shareholders agreements and non/limited-recourse finance agreements.

D. Have strong network within the oil and LNG industries.

E. Have extensive experience and knowledge in finance, particularly project/ECA finance of oil and gas/LNG projects.

F. Have basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

G. A bachelor's degree in engineering (naval architecture, mechanical engineering) or finance/accounting/economics/business, or equivalent, is an advantage.

H. Occasional overseas trips are expected.

Business Analyst (BackOffice System)

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the system replatform project for CPF Model for clients in the Retail and Custody space
• Support user community on business queries and guidance on better usage of the system on daily BAU activities.
• Clear understanding the scope of the project, the changes associated and support the Project Manager in impact assessment. Clearly document the rationale for projects where no impact is assessed.
• Collate and rationalise all stakeholders’ requirements and walkthrough these requirements with team.
• Actively partnering with the team in the solutioning process to ensure that the business solutions being implemented are thought through from a long term, standardization, design for no operations, front-end configuration perspective.
