* Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problem and abnormalities.

Requirements:

* Comfortable with 12 hrs shift working.

* Preferably with service desk experience.

* At least 2 years experience in IT field.

Responsibilities:

• Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy.
• Maintains confidentiality of caller and Hospital information as directed.
• Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders.
• Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System.
• Handling and resolving complaints.
