Contract: 12 months renewable contract

Willing to work in Shifts- 2pm to 11pm, 3pm to 12midnight

Able to commit to Staggered Shift Schedule (with shift allowance)

Reports to Contact Centre Team Lead

Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of supports from OMNI Channels

Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate problems/issues promptly.

Follow Standard operating procedures closely.

Work as a team and ensure that the contact centre service level is met

Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O' Level or equivalent

Minimum C5 for English O level

Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in call centre environment and/or service related industry

Special Knowledge or Skills:

Pleasant disposition with good communication skills

Fluency in a second language

Computer literate and good typing skills

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Center Operations with hands-on experience and knowledge in the operation and management of Data Center facilities.

· Reports to the Data Center Operations Lead.

· Good understanding of Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure including rack space, power and cooling systems.

· Strong knowledge and experience with structured cabling design and implementations.

· Responsible for Data Center remote operation support including liaising with onsite Technicians and/or colocation vendors for all operations tasks.

· Review server room physical access request and to approve/reject request.

· Review disk reports submitted by vendors against the actual disk break-fix event.

· Liaise with approved disposal vendor for disk destruction and/or waste collection.

· Review the current rack space, power, cooling, patch panel capacity and approve recommended rack space for equipment placement.

· Responsible for equipment movement in collaboration with equipment owner.

· Responsible for equipment decommissioning of unused equipment in collaboration with equipment owner.

· Manage purchases including obtaining and reviewing quotations, obtain approval for purchases and submission of purchase requests and following up to ensure timely delivery and installation.

· Update the asset inventory in System of Records after equipment placement, decommissioning or movement.

· Manage regular asset inventory sighting.

· Ensure the accuracy of System of Records for asset inventory.

· Participate in Change Management including reviewing, approving/rejecting Change Requests for Data Center Operations related work, and coordinating with assignees and closure of completed change requests.

· Participate in Incident Management including raising Incident Tickets for Data Center Operations related incidents, performs troubleshooting and analysis, recommending and implements remediation / preventive actions and closure of incident tickets.

· Ensure timely updates and closure to all change requests, incident tickets, work orders and service requests.

· Gather information for audits and formulate responses for DC Ops Leads review and approval.

· Oversee M&E upgrade, power maintenance, loss of utilities and/or loss of water tests within Data Center.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Business, IT or Engineering.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in Information Technology, preferably in Data Center Field or Building Facility Field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrable skills in negotiation and sales presentations.
• Independent, resourceful and possess good business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Capability in solution selling and generate new business, opportunity with new & existing clients.
• Candidates will be based in Singapore.

• Support the organisation's data centre services through monitoring and management for system, network and facilities
• Perform computer operations including account and tape management
• Incident management and act as escalation point to any facilities and system / network
• Manage and administer the service desk operations
• System alert monitoring and perform necessary escalation
• Liaison with landlord / vendor with regards to utilities, building services / facilities and systems issues
• Assist in planning and execution of disaster recovery activities
• Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any service delivery and operations
