As a Marine Assurance Officer, you are an independent operational adviser, auditor and coach for the Company and vessels on matters related to marine assurance. You provide day-to-day Quality, Healthy and Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) advice and active assistance within the business unit, department, vessel and or project. In this role, you ensure that all onshore and offshore activities are carried out with the highest regard to the health and safety of all personnel involved and the protection of the environment and the prevention of pollution.

Within the role you will advise Vessel Managers, Technical Superintendents and Masters’ on maritime regulations and the interpretation thereof to ensure Flag State and International Maritime compliance. • Ascertain accurate and timely data processing into the freight solutions system.
• Identify problems, consider alternative solutions, and make recommendations for action. Provide support/service to customers as well as keeping those affected by the decisions up-to-date.
• Ensures high quality customer service and engagement by frequently interacting with external customers through phone, mail and sales call.
• Maintains close working relationship across Business Development units and drives opportunity development of accounts.
• To streamline existing processes to increase operational productivity.

Responsibilities:

· Do break bulking for Import Consol Pouch.

· After breakbulk, input shipments record into Master Checklist.

· Segregate documents for Omni and co- loading customers.

· For indirect customers, call to check who is their cargo handling agent.

· Contact forwarder/s to collect document/s for their customers.

· Turnover shipping documents to other forwarders.

· Collect payment and release of cargos to forwarders.

· Update pod for delivered or released cargoes (to forwarder) into system.

· Provide Local Handling Charges upon request.

· Prepare documents for survey.

· To conduct survey at SATS or/ and DNATA.

· Ensure all delivery notes and permits is returned by contractor.

· To load and unload cargo.

· Do billings.

· Any other duties assigned by superior.

· Print all pre- alert from origin.

· Prepare clearance list for Cargotec.

· Declare permit for Air import, Export XO & Bonded warehouse.

· Generate delivery note.

· Prepare delivery list for contractor.

· Break import consol document pouch.

· Generate substitute invoice for Lattice shipments.

· Input freight and insurance in WMS system for Lattice shipments.

· Generate monthly import & export reports to customers.

· Input vendor invoice numbers in EE.

· Generate tax invoice for third party permit declaration.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Possess 2-3 years of airfreight experience
• High attention to details

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedules
• Supervise contractors to ensure work are carried out in accordance
• Capable in troubleshooting of any electrical and mechanical system
• Attend to enquiries, complaints of breakdown, service request rebiting to building services
• Coordinate and assist the facility supervisor in the daily operation of the Mechanical & Electrical services

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical & Electrical/ Building Services/ Facility Management or equivalent)
• At least one year of experience in building maintenance and facilities
• Good knowledge in building, mechanical and electrical systems
• Able to work as a team as well as work independently
• Able to work on a 5.5 days per week (half day Saturday)

Job Description

1. Updating of aircraft configuration for Entry-Into-Service (EIS)

2. Perform data migration for aircraft maintenance data during Entry-Into-Service (EIS)

3. Create and maintain routine maintenance task for our customers in our Maintenance Information System (MIS), SAP

4. Carry out other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

1. ITE/ Diploma in mechanical/electrical/aerospace/manufacturing engineering OR equivalent working experience in production planning/project management/SAP data management is an advantage.

2. Strong analytical skills & adaptable good computer skills in Microsoft applications especially in EXCEL and ACCESS.

Export role

• Prepare and execute Air Waybill, for perishables, general cargo, consolidated shipments, etc using Freight Master
• Prepare export documents (eg cargo acceptance checklist, cargo security certificate, indemnity letter etc) and airline labels
• Ensure all export cargo are properly marked and labelled prior to transfer to airlines
• Give instructions to Drivers/Cargo-hands on the transfer of cargo for export
• Declare Export Cargo Clearance Permit including Certificate of Origin (CO)

Requirements

• At least 1 year relevant experience in freight forwarding
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
