• Assist in assigned work requests within the hotel
• Highlight technical issues that require attention
• Support Duty Engineer in work requests

Job Scope:

Organizing visits for service, installation, repair, troubleshooting, and relocation.

• Commissioning and installing new equipment at customer locations.
• Dismantling and setting up equipment for demonstrations.
• Providing training to users for equipment familiarity.

Customer Interaction:

• Responding to service inquiries.
• Participating in user meetings.
• Committing to customer satisfaction and fostering a service-oriented team culture.

Service Administration:

• Preparing service quotations, contracts, reports, and invoices.
• Managing the procurement and distribution of spare parts from suppliers.
• Coordinating the delivery and collection of equipment for in-house repairs and new installations.
• Addressing outstanding debts with proactive measures.
• Returning faulty parts to vendors for analysis and testing.
• Supplying technical information and quality reports to the Principal.

Requirement

• Min. Diploma in engineering.
• 1-2 years’ service engineer working experience
• Prior experience with diagnostics imaging devices would be an advantage
• Independent and strong team player
• Training will be provided plus opportunity for factory training with certifications

• Respond to queries promptly with professionalism.
• Share accurate product/service details with customers.
• Solve issues with empathy and effective problem-solving.
• Document interactions accurately in the database.
• Follow company policies with a positive customer focus.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service/call centre experience.
• Customer-service oriented.
