The Role

• Answer questions regarding hotel facilities and services, airline partnerships, local attractions, directions, etc.
• Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel
• Pass on requests in a timely and accurate manner to appropriate colleagues
• Process reservations by email, telephone, central reservation systems referral or from the sales/catering office, other hotel departments, and travel agents
• Enter all sales booking and group contracts on a timely basis
• Create and maintains reservation records by date of arrivals
• Prepare letters of confirmation
• Process cancellations and modifications and promptly
• Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations

Job Descriptions:

* Perform System deployment, implementation, testing and documentation, maintenance and optimization of Software Application.

* Develop technical specifications, design, coding, data security, implementation, integration, documentation and user guide for computer, server and cloud computing

* Provide technical support in daily operational administration and field support.

* Perform in-house proof of concept, research and testing

* Perform Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

* Perform Support & Engineering services

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or Computer Engineering

* 1-2 Years of similar working experience, Fresh graduate are welcome

* Experience in system integration work.

* Experience in database such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, Informix, NoSQL time-series databases

* Programming experience in .Net, VB and C/C++.

* Experience in implementing Cloud computing, ASP.NET, Web Service and desktop applications

* Developed websites with PHP, HTML, Ajax, JSON and jQuery is a plus

* Skilled in enterprise technical architecture

* Well versed in Cloud Management, Server Management such as MS Windows, Red Hat Enterprise Linux

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Provide process support for reaction processes, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to quality standards.
2. Supports operations in process troubleshooting and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
3. Engage in process and productivity improvement initiatives to optimize operations.
4. Monitor process trends and product quality to ensure product quality conformance.
5. Create and update process records and process flow documentation to maintain accurate documentation of procedures.
6. Coordinate, arrange, and plan new trial runs with the R&D and Quality team, and handle the trial run and the evaluation.
7. Evaluate process performance and key process parameters from a long-term view and periodically to uncover potential risks that may lead to product performance instability, safety, or quality issues.
8. Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.
9. Participate actively in HAZOP, FMEA, and Control plan studies as Process engineering functions for safety and quality improvement.
10. Keep and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Material Science), or equivalent. Fresh graduates, with prior internship experience in or a background in chemistry are also welcome to apply.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in the lab-based environment and familiarity with the laboratory procedures.
3. Knowledge in Process Design and Engineering.
4. Required Skill(s): Hands-on experience on DCS, and PLC systems will be preferred.
5. Preferably entry-level specialized in Engineering in Chemical or equivalent.
6. Candidate with a strong technical background in engineering, particularly in chemical processes related.Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Candidate's previous internship experience in the process engineer role or production roles;
8. Ability to work independently, as well as in teamwork;
9. Eager to learn and with minimum supervision;
10. Experienced in pharmaceutical or medical-related manufacturing-related roles is an added advantage but not necessary.
11. Strong technical, detail-orientated, with analytical and problem-solving skills;
12. Good communication and excellent interpersonal skills;
13. Knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 quality requirements is an advantage but not compulsory.
