KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working directly with the Governing Board, the Executive Assistant (EA) is actively responsible for supporting the daily administrative & operational needs of the CEO’s office and managing the CEO’s office. RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support

• Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety ofadministrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments.
• Communicates directly and on behalf of the Chairman/CEO with Board members, donors, foundation, staff, and others on matters relate to programmatic initiatives as directed by CEO.
• Supports the CEO in liaising with Board members or committees for Matters Arising, following through all actionable items, updating the records.

Board Support and Liaison

• Coordinate Quarterly Board meetings, maintain confidential files and contact information; conferences, and committees both on and off site to support the Chairman’s and Governing Board’s agenda.
