Responsibilities
Sales Data Analysis: Prepare monthly revenue reports on company verticals and sales teams. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the sales organization.
Pipeline Management: Optimize CRM pipeline management to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring a consistent and healthy sales funnel. Gatekeep and Quality check data inputs by sales to ensure reporting accuracy and timeliness.
Process Standardization: Liaise with other departments to develop, implement, refine, and maintain standardized processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and streamlined operations.
Technology Integration: Identify, evaluate, and implement new technologies to support sales operations, enhance team productivity, and drive revenue growth.
Sales Support: Offer administrative assistance to the sales department, including tasks such as calculating sales commissions, analyzing sales performance against targets, providing post-sales support for contract management, offering technical guidance on using HubSpot CRM, facilitating contract-to-cash processes, handling vendor onboarding, and creating document templates, among other duties.
Requirements
- Proficient in spoken English & Mandarin to liaise with regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot), data analysis tools (Power BI or Tableau), or sales enablement technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
