Maintenance company payroll

1. Maintenance Foreign workers medical, WIC and dormitory records 2. Maintenance company staff employment records

3. Liaise with MOM application and resignation of foreign employees 4. Prepare staffs payroll on every 5th of the month

Maintenance company quotations, sales & invoices

1. Prepare and submit quote, tracking project every Monday on forms

2. Prepare service and photos reports for invoicing

3. Prepare sales tracking & invoice

4. Prepare payment outstanding list and follow up to collect payments on time 5. Prepare all cheque payment

And any other job assigned to the employee

Salary $2500 - $3500

Job Summary:

• Assists the Security Manager in the operations of round-the-clock overall security and fire-safety services.
• Assist in control of the Security Department and supervise security officers
• Responsible for maintaining adequate and effective security measures for the hotel
• Ensuring maximum protection is given to the guests
• Ensure hotel and guest properties are safeguard against loss, damage and other untoward accidents
• Handle all incidents in a professional and timely manner

• Has relevant experience within the hotel industry
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
• Able to perform rotating shift
• Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-orientated and has good organizational skills

• Report Writing

*Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business.

*Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management or equivalent.

*At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

*Required Skill(s): Proficient in MYOB, Proficient in MS Office, Good Communication Skill, Good Writing Skill.

*Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
