Duties:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in HR related matters
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support in both AP & AR functions;
• Reconciliation tasks like bank and intercompany transactions.
• Collecting, Tracking & correcting the company finances.
• Ensuring financial records are accurate.
• Responsible for managing and reporting financial information for an organisation.
• Assist in any adhoc task that may be assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' level and above
• Competency in Microsoft Office software, Words, Excel and AutoCount
• Well spoken and written communication skill.
• Able to work independently and multi task
• Able to commence work immediately
• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm,

Main Duties:

• Manage operation of retail outlet
• Provide strong leadership
• Review operation chain and procedures and identify any lapse for improvement to the Directors
• Review operation SOP and compliance to make necessary recommendation
• Liaise with supply chain team to ensure smooth operation for the outlets
• Handle complains with care
• Handle any disciplinary issue
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

· Willing to work on shift and weekends

· Minimum 3 years retail operations experience
