• Support the Facilities Manager in all operational activities related to the maintenance and management of the company’s properties, including commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
• Oversee minor Addition & Alteration (A&A) works and coordinate M&E/facility-related repair and replacement tasks.
• Ensure the proper operation and regular preventive maintenance of facility equipment, such as HVAC, fire protection systems, plumbing, lighting, and generators.
• Liaise with and coordinate contractors for repairs and preventive maintenance of facility-related equipment.
• Assist in managing security operations to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage the company’s property portfolio.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Holds a Diploma or Degree in Building, Estate Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in building maintenance.
• Experienced in performing basic tasks and minor electrical repairs.
• Capable of interpreting electrical diagrams and handling small repair jobs.
• A team player who is results-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
• Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
• Skilled in administrative tasks and documentation.
