Workplace safety and Health Officer (WSHO)

- Ensure compliance of all statutory legislation and requirements at all levels

- Establish and promote safety awareness throughout the Company

- Establish WSH training matrix and programs for employees

- Point out and discuss environmental health irregularities such as mosquito and fly breeding, rodent infestation, noise/ dust/ smoke/water pollution, poor housekeeping, earth littering, poor refuse management, poor maintenance of sanitary facilities, etc. with the occupier of the construction site and recommend measures to rectify such irregularities;

- Attend to all feedback on such irregularities and inform the occupier of the construction site accordingly;

- Report and submit a Site Environmental Control Report to the occupier of the construction site once every monthly

- Assist the authorities to investigate outbreaks of infectious, vector borne or food-borne diseases on the construction site;

- The Environmental Control Officer (ECO) is responsible for introducing Environmental Awareness to all Workers / Staff at Site.

- The role of an ECO is to advise the occupier of the construction site on what needs to be done.

- The ECO shall look out for conditions/ situations in construction site which causes environmental health problems or are likely to cause environmental health problems. He should report these conditions/ situations to the occupier of the construction site together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence. The main areas where the ECO should pay attention to are:Disease-bearing insects and rodents;

Ø Proper disposal of construction waste/ marine clay;

Ø Noise, air and water pollution;

Ø Earth littering;

Ø Siltation of drains;

Ø Food hygiene in canteens;·

Earth Control Measures Officer (ECMO)

- Specific responsibilities and duties of the Earth Control Measures Officer shall emphasize on the following main areas of concern:Implementation of Earth Control Measure (ECM) Plan according to the QECP’s design

- Work closely with and assist the Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) and other stakeholders on all matters related to the earth control measures for the project site

- Devise the effective operation of earth control measures for the project site

Assist the Manager (Compliance) in the following areas:

1. Execute the compliance activities in accordance with the approved annual Compliance Plan.

2. Prepare and review daily trade surveillance reports in relation to potential frontrunning, matched trades, and other prohibited market conduct, to comply with the Securities & Futures Act (SFA), SGX Rules and other relevant MAS notices

3. Assist with any ad-hoc queries, drafting of polices, and reporting in the area of Data Protection, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)

4. Provide assistance, guidance and/or training to Management, business units, nonbusiness units and staff on compliance and regulatory requirements.

5. Identify, monitor and highlight key regulatory requirements and/or changes, and assist in the management of these requirements and compliance risks.

6. Update the Board of Directors, Management and/or Head of Departments on the changes to the applicable laws and regulations.

7. Assist to review and update new regulatory changes and guidelines and ensure company’s own policies and procedures are in line with the new changes.

8. Assist with the preparation of periodic reports to the Board of Directors and/or Management on company’s overall compliance with the regulatory requirements, including significant breaches if any.

9. Conduct ad-hoc compliance reviews and investigations at the instruction of Compliance Manager

10. Notify the Authorities in writing of any material breaches and/or misconduct committed by Trading Representatives and employees, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

11. Prepare written Compliance reports or memos and assist to review on the effectiveness of the overall compliance with the regulatory requirements by each department, where applicable.

12. Act as liaison with external parties such as MAS, CAD, SGX, external auditors.

13. Any other tasks assigned by the Compliance Manager.

In relation to AML/CFT:

1. Conduct periodic AML/CFT reviews to ensure the company is in compliance with the relevant AML/CFT regulations, such as during onboarding of new clients.

2. Provides updates, subject to review by Compliance Manager, to the Board of Directors, Management and/or Head of Departments on a timely basis, on any pertinent information on the current and latest applicable AML/CFT regulations

3. Monitor and review clients who are Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and/or potentially higher risk categories.

4. Review of AML/CFT policies & procedures as and when required, to be in line with the latest regulatory updates.

5. Complete and submit Suspicious Transaction Reports (STR)

The Chief Merchandising Officer is in charge of the creation and implementation of merchandising strategies in their company. Their goal is to maximise the achievement of business goals through merchandise planning, product launches, pricing strategies, and other techniques that maximise sales, margins, and overall profitability.

• Manage the Buying and Merchandising team and be responsible for the entire Buying and Merchandising function for both travel retail and e-commerce
• Provide detailed analysis and trade reports on a regular basis

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• An advanced degree in Merchandising or business (MBA) is preferred
• Merchandising Experience in Liquor & Tobacco industry is required
• 10 years of experience in a leadership role

• Identifying and reporting on defective plant and equipment
• Carrying out all routine and defect-based maintenance duties in accordance with maintenance plans
• Assisting with the supervision of contractors involved in on-site maintenance.

Requirements:

Description:

• To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractors complies with the contract requirements and/or authorities’ requirements;
• To provide professional engineering services for reviews which shall include variation works;
• To review all drawings and specifications, and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to authority and the Qualified Person (Design) [QP(D)] in a timely manner;
• To provide all relevant endorsements required by authority, BCA, other statutory authorities and agencies;
• To supervise all works or as directed by authority;
• To provide personnel and ensure all site supervision services are carried out efficiently and professionally;
• Any other professional engineering service and other services as set out in the scope of Services in this Tender and or as may be reasonably inferred; and
• Monitor safety and health including taking photos of unsafe acts and conditions and bringing to the authority attention.

Requirement:

• The RTO-M&E shall have minimum eight (8) years of relevant experience as a RTO, of which at least five (5) years shall be on site in supervision of works similar in nature to major construction works in utility diversion works, services laying and testing commissioning
• RTO (M&E) shall be conversant in reading construction drawing and specifications. He must also possess abilities to keep good records of documents for future reference.
• The RTO (M&E) shall possess skills for understanding the whole works sequence, fully understand the impact, to supervise the site works effectively and highlight to the next level, to avoid abortive works.
• Due to the nature of services laying and diversion works, working hours may not be normal working hours or days. The RTO (M&E) is expected to be deployed for work, beyond and/or on non-normal working hours or days, to fulfill the works requirement.
• The RTO-M&E shall minimum possess a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized Polytechnic or equivalent; he must also minimum possess WSH certification and ensure the works are carried out safely.
