· To study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work

· Supervise all Civil, Structural and Geotechnical works, both permanent and temporary

· To ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work

· To conduct site inspection and ensure that contractor(s) implement corrective actions and timely preventive/mitigation measures prior to casting or construction works

· To coordinate the contractor, QP(D), relevant agencies, including interfacing contractors and consultants, etc. for the required works

· To evaluate and assess all formwork support systems and ensure contractor submit COS endorsed by a PE prior to loadings/casting

· To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters

· To supervise the installation/decommissioning of instrumentation

· To evaluate and assess the trend of instrumentation monitoring and alert QP for any signs of structural distress and instrumentation breach

· To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings

Requirements:

· Qualified candidates please submit in your updated resume in MS Word format with your latest RTO cert attached

· IES recognized Diploma or Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering

· At least 4 years’ of Civil Structural experience, of which 2-3 years’ experience in MRT projects ot LTA Road projects·Possess a valid RTO cert 2021 and 2022 by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

· Willing to adhere to Civil Contract’s specifications and scope of work by the project team

· Candidate to be able to work shift works due to the demands of the project

• Minimum 10 years experience in Project Managment and Certified Project Management Professional from PMI.
• Accountable for the full project lifecycle: develop scopes of work and associated project plans and own the day-to-day operations to ensure that projects remain on track and within budget.
• Lead internal and external status meetings: clearly capture notes, assign action items to team members, and own all necessary follow-up.
• Relay clear and specific expectations, timelines, priorities, challenges, and new developments in detail to key internal and external team members/parties.
• Own daily project plan components, including task estimation, resource allocations,and new work requests.
• Coordinate internal reviews and implementation-related quality assurance efforts.
• Come from a place of perpetual learning, always seeking to improve and optimize processes, develop new ones, and participate in the overall growth of the department and agency.
• Partner with key stakeholders to identify and execute cross-functional goals.
• Work with clarity PPM , or other project management tools.
• Eliminate scope creep by ensuring that projects remain within parameters identified in the scope of work.
• Communicate issues, bug reports, and change orders to leadership.
• Define timelines, budgets, KPIs, deliverables, and milestones; allocate resources
• Draft and present project proposals .
• Negotiate pricing, timelines, services, and terms with vendors.
• Create progress reports and monitor program data to assess efficiency.
• Build strong, lasting relationships and strategic partnerships through exceptional client service; serve as primary point of contact for client communications.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate deliveries by checking/amending orders as per site progress
• Attend to site discussion/resolve missing items as and when necessary
• Handle errors or resolving problems related to sites
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in structural/civil engineering/design/building construction
• Pleasant personality, team player, meticulous and detailed
• Good in planning, organizing and result-oriented
• Responsible, self-motivated and resourceful
• Preferably with Class 2 or 3 licence and own vehicle

• Handle sales include customer inquiries, quotation, purchase orders, and follow through to closure.
• Expand clientele base and key accounts through networking, cold calling, and social media channels to drive sales revenue.
• Maintain sales services and relationship with existing customers through constant communication and excellent customer service.
• In-depth understanding of the Company’s range of products and services.
• Assist in sales payment.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• O-level/Diploma.
