• Overseeing full spectrum of HR activities including talent acquisition, management and retention, performance management, training and development, compensation and welfare, HR budgeting and payroll, statutory/regulatory reporting, employee work pass matters; etc.
• Work with business units and employees in providing value-adding advice, support and service to attract, retain, train, develop, reward, care and engage talents.
• Lead and execute HR Operations to ensure all processes are delivered in compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations.
• Manage daily HR operations and provide guidance on appropriate handling of non-routine transactions as required.
• Recommend solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery and employee experience.
• Oversee the maintenance of HR Information System (HRIS) and work with vendor to ensure system optimization.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and rectify issues raised on the HRIS.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) where appropriate.
• Ensure work processes are audit compliance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resource or related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR Operations
• Experience in leadership role is preferred
• Able to review HR process changes
• Positive work attitude and good analytical skills
• Organised, meticulous, pro-active
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
