• Liaising with any consultants, PE Engineers subcontractors, supervisors, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project for necessary submissions
• Liaising with the local authority (where appropriate to the project) to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws;
• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
• Finalize as built drawings with quantity surveyors for final claim purposes;

Requirements:

• Min NITEC / Diploma in Drafting/Engineering or related with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Autocad Revit, Architecture,Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft office
• Strong analytical, organizational and planning skills
• Bilingual in English or Mandarin to liaise with clients who can only speak Mandarin

Main Responsibilities:

• To pursue new sales opportunities and will be responsible for managing budgets, strategic planning, leading teams, risk management, and driving process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth, expansion, and market penetration within the timber door trade industry
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Manage and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met
• Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure smooth business operations
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, suppliers and industry partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
