• Regular reporting of project account status, including costing, outstanding payment & etc
• Identify, analyze and evaluate problems encountered by QS / SQS and propose the effective solution approach

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication
• Ability to work with tight deadlines
• Independent and a good team player
• A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience

• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site including periodic site inspection and attending meetings during the course of the construction of the project.
• Proven problem-solving and achievements work progress according to the work schedule
• Prepare submission of shop drawing / Materials / MOS/ Monthly progress Claims and PM Reports.
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & contractual specifications.
